My floor plan remained the same for my kitchen renovation so the execution of new cabinets and finishes was everything. A custom wine rack and pantry Improved the function of my kitchen greatly as well as the perfect amount and size of drawers and doors. John knew how to capitalize on my space and steered me away from corner garage cabinets which I clearly did not need and would have looked bulky. The continuation and lining up of the wood grain on the door and drawer fronts was done with perfection. The marble counter and backsplash was executed with the same perfection I was so enthusiastic with my kitchen I had John renovate my master bathroom sooner than planned. This time the floor plan was completely changed. Walls were taken down, a new entrance was suggested and the shower, toilet, and bath were all moved. I had been told by previous contractors how difficult and costly this would be. John was not concerned at all about it. I never imagined the existing sqare footage could be turned into such a spacious bathroom. There were a few changes I asked for on a wall and shower alcove placement after they were near completion and John did not hesitate to accommodate me. There were creative solutions to my storage problems and the exotic wood veneer cabinets were done with expertise. The stone slabs, tile accent wall and porcelain wood floors were installed to perfection. Our collaboration of ideas created a bathroom I absolutely love! Living through the noise, dust, and inconvince of a renovation is not easy. Having said that, the crew at Villas remodeling was always on time and courteous. Any concerns I expressed to the crew were communicated to John imediately and he got back to me promptly. If John was not on site I could reach him easily. I look forward to my next project with Villas Remodeling!

Awesome!!! They were right on schedule !!!! It went exactly as he said it would !!! Even if a problem came up they solved it and still finished when they said they would. I have dealt with a few contractors that claim to be "Pros". They were not !!! John and his crew are THE PROS!! Can't wait to let them do my kitchen!!!

John was prompt and work went well. When had an issue with final work was redone redone right way. I liked them so much that had them complete the master bathroom remodel and a patio conversation as well.

very well, doing a remodel in the middle of summer was brutal for these guys but they worked every day with no ac so the vents were not plugged up with dust and debris. I love everything! My master bedroom and bath are so beautiful. I had some kinks along the way but John and his team were patient and willing to work with me. When you do a remodel, you inevitably run into issues but his ideas and problem solving solutions worked out. Not the least expensive bid, but quality matters, and for peace of mind I was glad we chose John. My neighbor had her bathroom done and his work is beautiful. He showed up even well after the job was complete to fix some cabinet issue she had.

Villa's Remodeling is absolutely THE BEST! We were a completely inexperienced couple just trying to remodel our home and stretch our money as much as we can. We found them on Angie's list and hoped for the best. Little did we know that we were going to get the Crème Da La Crème of professionals! Dealing with John and his team was a blessing. Their level of professionalism was exquisite. John and his team not only helped us make our decisions but also educated us about each choice we had to make . They manage to do the job that I know would have taken an average "JOE" double the time and kept the communication open through the whole process. I have nothing negative to say about them. That being said we recommend these guys with our eyes closed and cannot wait until we have the opportunity to work in our home again with them. Villas Remodeling was very professional from demolition to completion. They were courteous, clean and prompt. John gave me great ideas to improve upon my original plan. All work was completed with a great eye to details. My marble counter and wood cabinets were fabricated and installed perfectly. John returned my text/ calls promptly and addressed any concerns I had. He visited the sight almost every day and his team communicated with him continually. Even after being paid in full, John immediately had my oven hinges repaired which were"off" a bit. I am looking forward to renovating my bathroom next with Villas.

From beginning to end John and his crew provided the best renovation experience. Slightly higher but competitively prices than other companies I had checked into but absolutely worth every penny and you absolutely get what you pay for. My exact vision was implemented and improved on by John and now we have a stunning result. John's already aware we'll be using his services for our next big project and can't thank him enough for the best looking master bath we could've asked for.

Villa's Remodeling is the best! John Villa, the owner, is a real professional who understands not just how to do a high quality project with his team, but also is the best I have ever seen in the contracting business regarding communication and listening to the customer. From the beginning planning stages for this big project, John sought our opinions and insight, and gave us his viewpoint without being pushy. He made some great suggestions and we felt we started the project with a great plan and very competitive cost. From there, the project was on time and on budget. John's team of workers are extremely hard working, talented and on time. They started every day at 8:00 AM and worked through 5:30 and even on Saturdays when needed. Of course, the results are what matter, and I have attached some photos showing the final look of the master bath and bedroom. Our family and friends cannot believe the makeover, and some of my neighbors have already wanted Villa Remodeling's contact info to possibly do work for them. Overall, the project was extremely positive, and my wife and I are thrilled with the quality of workmanship, cleanliness of the work site (they go to unbelievable pains to keep all areas clean, every day!) and in particular the good overall value and constant communication was as good as it gets. I highly recommend them for ANY home remodeling project, and won't hesitate to use Villa Remodeling again.

Workers always show up on time and stay all day. They protects the floor where they are working and clean up after themselves every day. They are all pleasant and professional. It took SEVERAL coats of plaster (or whatever that stuff is) to get the smooth effect but they finished it professionally. The baseboards were a challenge because the walls were exactly straight but John and the team persevered and did a great job! Love my finished house.

This is my second project with Villas Remodeling, and again I am really happy with quality of their work and their attention to detail. I'm also really happy with John's punctuality. He delivered the finished home earlier than promised and that's a huge plus for me. I will work with John again, and recommend him to my closest friends and family members.

Awesome! The quality of work was very impressive and beautiful! The employees showed up promptly and were very professional and friendly. I had originally planned to just replace the shower door but was advised that tile walls were in really bad shape and needed to be replaced. They even went with me to select the tile for the shower walls and floor. Their design ideas and suggestions were great and made the tile design blend with the rest of the bathroom. The old wet bar was replaced with new cabinet doors and the existing mirror over the cabinet was framed with the same wood on the new doors - beautiful! The new wall installed between the bedroom and study went perfectly. They even put primer on the new wall. This company went beyond my expectations and the cost was very reasonable. The next time I need work done, they will be the first I call.

John Villa and his crew has did an amazing job at my house. He is very professional and detail oriented. It is hard to trust anyone when you want to remove a load bearing wall in a house with two floors. He met me and gave a comprehensive proposal and a detailed cost estimate. He explained me his approach to remove the wall, and the problems that we might encounter. His price was reasonable. They removed the wall between the formal and family room. High quality seasoned wood was used build the beam and columns. He strapped and nailed the beam to the existing trusses and used big bolts to secure the column to the floor. He covered the exposed beam and columns with drywall and sprayed knockdown in the drywall using a builder grade machine. Since there is engineered hardwood on the floors, he had to patch the floor. Even though it is hard to patch engineered hardwood in the middle of the flooring, his crew did a good job. It is not perfect, but is better than what I had expected. I also had them patch two areas in different place of the house by cutting the drywall, patching it and spraying knockdown. They primed all the dry walls that they worked on. Apart from removing the wall, his crew installed laminate floors and 5 1/2 inch base boards throughout the second floor. They gave me a nice pattern that I wanted. The master bathroom had broken tiles. His crew remove the tiles from the floor, reseal the floor and installed mosaic tiles. It came out very well. I had his crew install fans in the formal (volume ceiling), family and garage at locations with no pre-wiring. So, they has to do the wiring, place switches and install the fans. I also had them snake surround sound speakers wires in the formal and master bedroom as well as cut the drywall for in-wall speakers. I had them install TV wall mounts and provide concealing wiring outlets in two rooms. It was a big job and I was concerned with the quality of finishing. Overall, they did a fantastic job. His crew is very polite and courteous. He finished all the work in time and within the budget. I am very happy with his service and would use him again for any future work.

John and his crew did the work with such skill and professionalism!! Showed up every day on time and worked hard the full day. Everything went in a timely manner and came together like pieces in a puzzle. John was so amazingly helpful with suggestions and ideas. He was involved in the entire job. Met me at the marble/granite store to help choose countertops. Went with me to the tile place to pick out backsplash. I learned throughout the job to trust his ideas and suggestions because they were always right (There were a few times I went against his suggestions and in the end realized he was right and made the changes!). It was AMAZING to see the kitchen go from what I thought was good to end with what was really FABULOUS!! They even installed my appliances after they were delivered. John inspects work and is meticulous in his requirements for a finished product. The new baseboards/doors and paint made such a difference in the overall look. They put up a plastic wall outside my kitchen from floor to ceiling (really high ceilings) to contain the construction dust and debris. They kept plastic or paper rolled over all the areas where they worked and cleaned up each area where they worked. They did this several times a day -- every day. The work ethic and professionalism is beyond these few words. I would recommend John's business - Villa's Remodeling Inc. to anyone at anytime and know that they would be getting wonderful and professional job done. He is actually starting work this Wednesday on my back room to plaster, paint and install baseboards. My house will then be completely remodeled by this really great professional and his crew. I couldn't be happier or more please with this job well done. TRULY FABULOUS!!!

John showed up to start on the original date we had agreed on. His crew was very clean and professional. The job was actually finished in less time than originally anticipated. John also made several great suggestions on some changes during the job. I would highly recommend John for his quality and professionalism

John and his team started off great, but towards the end things took a small turn. John and his team are good people. I did enjoy meeting them and having them work with me on this project. Kitchen and tile work looked very good at the end of everything. It turned out very well. John did a few extras for which I do appreciate. We added a few items as we went along but nothing significant. Tidiness: could have been better. One room was not closed off. The television and stereo equipment had the most debris. Kitchen: looks really good. Living room/dining room/ hallway floors: great no issues. Only item to mention is that John stated he did not measure the floors before starting this project. I mention it because this did become a topic for discussion once the flooring was started. Guest bathroom: this room looks very good. Very happy but we did have several areas of grout that cracked. Master bath: sorry to say, everytime I walk in this room I feel a little disappointed. It looks fine now. Several items in here caused significant delays; all of which could have been avoided. Tub spout was not installed. Unfortunately no one noticed until after all the tiling was completed. Tile had to be removed and plumber brought in. Mosaic tile insert: The tile was on back order. They decided to tile the balance and leave the opening for this to be installed later. When the tile came in it didn't fit. The tiler cut every single piece of glass and installed the cut and broken pieces. I was utterly speechless. The blame went from this person to that person but ultimately every single piece had to be removed and a replacement bought. All of this caused quite a few grout lines to become cracked and some fell out. We did not pass an inspection due to the issue of the grout. Also there tiles on the floor which were installed opposite to the pattern. Drives me nuts. Dining room wall: they forgot to repair the wall. The gap was about 5'x4". They came back to repair. Granted when I first pointed it out, I did agree to "patch it" but I quickly realized the error of that decision. Timeliness:The project went from 5-6 weeks to almost 12 Again overall it looks very nice. It was just a little bumpy getting there.

Overall, we are very pleased with John and his staff. We appreciate the accommodations he made for us during the planning process of this project. He accompanied us to several locations to help us with the vision. He was very patient and knowledgable which resulted in the completion of 2 beautiful bathrooms. He payed special attention and accommodated the needs of our son who faces mobility challenges. John and his staff not only brought new life into our old bathrooms, they performed their work with professionalism, integrity and respect. I look forward to starting other projects John and I envisioned in the near future. Thank you for a job well done!

This is the second house that we have used John to remodel. We purchased a bank owned home that needed some repairs and some additional work to make the house our home. His cabinet and granite work is impeccable. John and his crew are punctual, trustworthy, and perfectionists! I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Villa's Remodeling, Inc.! The company was recommended to me by one of our friends and neighbors; they had hired them to re-model their bathrooms and outdoor BBQ area. John Villa, the owner, personally met with us, listened to our needs and questions and provided a detailed breakdown of the work scope, cost and timetable. Once we agreed, his team began on the date we wanted, and for the next few weeks he and his workers started every morning no later than 8:30 AM and worked until 5:00. They were NEVER late. Another thing we appreciated is the care and attention that went into securing the work area tightly with plastic, floor paper and blankets ongoing so that almost all construction dust and residue was contained. They cleaned up every day and I couldn't be happier with this level of professionalism. Regarding their work, my wife and I are thrilled!! To say that the two bathrooms exceeded our expectations is an understatement. We have been texting pictures to all our friends and family. In addition to the quality work, John Villa made several really good design recommendations to us which we took and they turned out great. We have recommended Villa's Remodeling Inc. to two of our neighbors on our street who are planning to hire him for similar work. And, we will be hiring them again early next year to do our Master Bathroom. In summary, Villa's Remodeling Inc. is a rare find. My wife and I could not be happier with the process, quality, cost and professionalism.

I called several (atleast 6) custom kitchen or custom cabinet makers to see if they would match and replace existing cabinetry as I had a homeowners insurance claim and the insurance company did not provide enough money to replace the entire kitchen with the same quality wood cabinets that were already there. John answered his phone and immediately commited to coming to the house to provide a quote. He provided a quote on the spot. He was THE ONLY person that I contacted that was willing to take a "smaller" job. He was also willing to do the drywall repair in the laundry room where the leak originated from which allowed me to avoid dealing with multiple vendors. Every step of the way John provided updates, answered all of the my questions and responded within the same day, if not within a few hours of my call or text. All the timelines he committed to were on point and executed. I could not have asked for a better encounter with a vendor. This is my second ever experience with a general contractor and he by far blew the first general contractor out of the water with his level of communication, attention to detail and quality of work. I was unable to price shop him fully because no one would provide a quote on the custom base cabinets, but overall, the drywall and granite prices he provided were in line with the going rate. I couldn't be happier with the experience. But wait...there is more! After his final payment, I found that my garbage disposal wasn't working, unlikely due to anything that his workers did (probably the demo that was done by the mold remediation company), but he came to my house and fixed it. Thank you again for your excellent and timely work, I would most definitely use Villas Remodeling in the future and reccomend him hands down.

The services were great. They showed up on time. They completed the job each and every time. If they were going to be running late they always called us to let us know.

I will recommend John to anyone wanting to renovate their home. Always on time, and finished the job earlier than initially estimated. Very clean work and a very strong attention to detail. I really appreciated both how easy it was to reach John, and that he kept me well updated on the progress. All around great experience, I highly recommend to anyone interested in solid work.

I have worked with many remodelers in the past and am very happy with Villa Remodeling. The project started on time and John was very punctual, considerate and helpful with our project requirements. We ran into a couple of unknowns and John worked through them in a very professional manner. The quality of work and attention to detail was excellent, and John brings ideas to the project to help make it something special. We had Villa remodeling build three bathroom vanities, and the craftsmanship is excellent. They definitely produce a high quality product equal to or superior in detail to what you can buy from the cabinet companies. He uses high quality drawer slides and hinges on all the doors. An the finish on the cabinets is excellent. The tiling is also excellent. We used a woodgrain 8X45 floor tile and they did an excellent job laying it down. It looks great and we are going to finish the rest of the house in the same tile. The bathroom tiling was also excellent. They went the extra mile to ensure that the corners and finishes were done right. Lastly, John stands behind his work. I have had him come back several times to remedy a few minor items and he always responds promptly and is committed to making sure the customer is very satisfied with the finish of the project. If you are considering a remodel project, I would highly recommend Villa's. They are not the least expensive so don't expect that but the project execution and finished product will make you happy you spent the extra $. Just make sure you have your concept thought out so you can explain the details to John. But he will also help fill in any gaps you might have.
