If you like overpaying for landscaping then call the company that sent you the card in the mail. If you want the same job at about half the price then Unique is the way to go. Franko showed up ON TIME to go over the project and finished the job when promised. Can not ask for anything more. We are so happy!

It went great. Franco is so easy to work with. He recommended plants that would work in our yard and was very accommodating of our ideas and wishes. What started out as a neglected, overgrown yard when we purchased our home is now a beautifully landscaped property.

It turned out very well! They worked with me. We had some problems with a garbage truck that came around and messed up the corner and Unique actually came back out and fixed it for us. They did very well. I was very happy with them! All the workers were very nice.

They were good. They just did a good job and the owner was very personable and always tries to help lower our costs.

Franco Carrillo, the owner of Unique Landscape, is a pleasure to work with. He has done work for other families in our community which is how we found him. We had not done any landscaping since moving to our home 1 12 years ago. I just told him what look we were after and he created a beautiful landscape design that was exactly what we had in mind. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable about plants, trees, etc., very reasonably priced, and delivered exactly what he said he would. He and his crew were very neat, cleaning up well after the work was done. He also sat with me to complete the homeowner's association papers needed prior to the work being done. I had also asked for a herb garden and he created a beautiful raised bed with many wonderful herbs planted in it. We had requested river stones instead of mulch for the front of the house and he chose beautiful stones and was very generous with how much was used. We will be using him to also maintain the landscape by cutting grass, weeding, trimming, fertilizing, etc. Franco does it all and we could not be happier to have found him. I would recommend Franco to anyone.
