tri county seamless gutters

For over 3 weeks I have been lied to as when they will come and fix the slope of the gutter so it carries the water to the downspouts and not overflow in the middle of the gutter. Today, August 17, they will not answer their phone as caller id identifies me calling. A check with the local BBB indicate a rating of F and 49 unresolved complaints. Unfortunately my recourse is to go to court and spend more money than what the gutter installation cost me. This company operates in over 6 South Florida Counties and should be put out of business.

They were excellent. I refer them to a lot of people and we're doing our second house with them. They were very good.

I am very happy and satisfied. This company did an amazing job. The gutters are gorgeous. Every person they sent out from the salesman to the installers were professional and so kind. The installers even helped me with taking down my shutters for free.. I would recommend using Tri-County Gutters. They were the best price and a pleasure to have.

The installation was extremely poor and there were immediate leaks. One of the downspouts was in front of a sprinkler. When the sprinkler goes on every day it hits the downspout and water goes everywhere. We contacted this company on 6 occasions and was blown off by the installer, the complaint manager , and well as the receptionist. We have been trying to get this fixed for over a month and it has turned into a major headache. I would highly recommend that you look at other options when choosing a company to install gutters. If you need a repair from poor installation you will have a tough time getting someone to help.

They were on time and very nice! I'm very happy with the service.

VERY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE. CALLED FOR ANN ESTIMATE AND THEY CHARGED ME ONLY $149 TO CLEAN OUT THE GUTTERS AROUND MY WHOLE HOUSE. NOT TO MENTION MY GUTTERS WERE VERY OLD AND FULL OF DEBREE. THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL TO DEAL WITH.

They came right away to give us a quote but that was the only time they showed up when promised. The installation was no a per the contact I signed with them. They where to put screens over the gutters. A few months latter my gutters started overflowing because the pine needles clogged my gutters because they did not put the screens on we paid for. I called them repeatedly over 30 times but no one came out to fix the problem, As a result the paint on my house has been damaged. They have a 5 year labor warranty and a 20 year gutter warranty, but good does that do if they don't honor it. Do not do business with this company.

They kept having delays on the project, so they kept discounting the price for me. The gutters they installed are terrible. They aren't connected very well, and there's about 2" of space between the gutters and the edge of the roof, so it just floods down. The angles of the gutters are wrong, too, so it doesn't properly drain away from my home. The downspout sticks about 5' into my driveway. I tried to contact them about the problems, but they aren't responsive to me. I haven't been able to get in touch with them since the work was done, which is very frustrating.
