 + -1 moreOn the first visit: the shower in the master bathroom was still dirty; the carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed (you could tell that someone had walked in with a vacuum and made a few swipes in the center of the room); the baseboards had not been touched. I called and asked that they come back to finish the job. After the second attempt the shower was cleaned but nothing else appeared to have been done. I had a short list of specific things I wanted done, this is not brain surgery. I will need to go and clean the house myself because Tidy Spot Cleaners do not even have a minimal understanding of what it means to clean a house. I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: I purchased a two hour/one person cleaning on Groupon for $49. I just moved out of my townhouse and wanted it cleaned prior to the new people moving in. The house was 100% empty, there was zero trash to pick up and throw away. I had cleaned the refrigerator and microwave and all cabinets and drawers myself. We had already cleaned the carpets. My specific requests were: Vacuum and mop tile floors; vacuum carpets; vacuum/dust baseboards where furniture had been moved; clean bathrooms; wipe down kitchen surfaces.
