In what seemed like a never-ending search for a new home, we went through 3 different realtors before we found Laurie. She is very professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. She did not waste our time & was efficient in showing homes that would meet our needs. The best thing about Laurie is that she did not treat us like we were stupid & did not know what was going in the housing market. She supported our attempt to find a bargain and in the end, succeeded in finding for us a beautiful house in a great community! Also, as a bonus because we completed the deal with her, she gives all her customers a very nice gift or service for their new home. Now that's class!!!
Description of Work: Laurie Scherer is a professional realtor who has sold the most homes in 55+ communities in Palm Beach County. Her knowledge of adult communities is very extensive. Laurie lives in an upscale adult community, so she knows all of the positives and negatives. Her knowledge, support and genuine concern were fantastic and truly rare to find.
