I couldn't be happier with an air conditioning company. I had them hookup a 4 ton and a 5 ton condenser. I also had them clean my coils and they made suggestions on how to improve cooling and household circulation. Very professional and fast.

On August 11, 2009 I purchased a split system from perfect temp. I now am an old man with lots of history in my rearview mirror for more than 50 years I have been a contractor real estate broker with property management in Tennessee and Florida and have purchased many units. I can truly say that this purchase was without a doubt was the best experience I have ever had. Shaun Tilford and his staff did a perfect job and I recommend them without hesitation. I like their attitude their professionalism in every respect. I welcome anyone to come look at this job.

Perfectemp was responsive and promptly resolved our problem with no nonsense, no games and without the usual headache generally associated with A/C repairs.

As far as rating is concerned. Out of five stars, I give them a six. They were professional, well mannered, tidy, and above all skillful. I even got a follow up call after the installation. Just like doctors do when you have a procedure. It's comforting to see that there are still some contactors that take pride in what they do. I'm a cool person, but now with my new A/C set up, I'm very cool. Oh, I was told by one of their employees in the office while doing the paper work, that I was one fo the nicest customers to do business with. So, I rate my self 6 stars as well.
