I wish I could post my before and after pictures but I don't see it on this page. Southern latitude was professional, courteous, and on time. The price was fair and the outcome really good. Two thumbs up!

+ -1 moreKeith was very good explaining the problem and giving me the quote; however after that, it has been a real painful experience getting him to schedule the work. He first scheduled the work on 4th January, then moved it to 3rd January; but he never showed up to do the work. He kept asking me for my schedule for the following upcoming week but didn't confirm when he would come to do the actual work. After 3 tries, he managed to put me on his schedule, but yet again, he didn't show up. Neither did he follow-up. I guess time to find someone else to do the work.
Description of Work: I needed front door adjustment and weatherstripping.

Description of Work: We paid for carpeting upfront for a job he was doing that he wasn't able to pay for. He agreed to pay us back when he got paid. We have not been paid in 9 months.

He did so much work for me I can't remember everything but all the work was high quality and he had some really good ideas to make the apartment look better. He changed the ceiling in the kitchen where before it was outdated and ugly and he modernized it with a new ceiling, new lights and it looks great. Whenever anything else comes up I call Keith and he gets it done asap. So if you're looking for a really great handyman I highly recommend you call Keith
