Rude, unprofessional, arrogant, incomplete, lousy follow-up, only accepts cash or check but doesn't tell you this until service is complete, does not ask any questions and assumes they know what you want. This is one service provider that I will stay far, far away from in the future. Complains that the work is greater than estimated, even though they did an in-home estimate! Some people were meant to be in business for themselves, others were meant to work for businesses - this operator need to go to work for a business.

We called several places in the Fort Lauderdale area to have a new television hung on the wall for our dad, because there was not a lot of extra space in his room in assisted living. We checked with the usual places: Sears, Best Buy, even Wal-Mart, as well as large home theater companies and local handymen. Most were at least $100 over what we ended up spending. One handyman was unbelievably rude on the phone. One company responded to our request, and as it was a small job, managed to squeeze us in at the end of the day, a day earlier than scheduled. Two clean-cut young men arrived a bit late - they had called with apologies beforehand to let us know - unloaded their equipment and went straight to work. It took them 2 1/2 hours to complete the job, but they took every care to ensure that the job was done neatly, correctly, and professionally. Despite working in a room that had to be close to 80 degrees, sweat pouring from their brows, they maintain their composure and continued diligently with their work, ever respectful of my elderly father and even laughing at his jokes. At the end of the installation, they patiently explained how to use the new television and cable unit and went so far as to write down the steps to turn on the television, Wii, dvd and advised us to call the cable company to get that controller programmed, which we have done. My dad absolutely loves his new television, and his Super Bowl party was a huge success! I cannot say enough nice things about Roca Electronics. Hire them. You will not be sorry.
