 + -1 moreHe said he would only replace one of them. He had to pull a permit for it and would not do it. He said they would only fix half of it because of the permit. He asked me to pay $85 dollars for the service fee.
Description of Work: I called them to replace my air conditioner. They were going to come down to see if it needed to be replaced.

 + -1 moreI would highly recommend him. Mr. Clint Walker was the owner of the company and it was just one guy as far as I know. I was very happy with him. He works on most of the homes in our community. He was one of the original installers for the developer and people have been using him because he is very fair as well as on time. He does the yearly maintenance as well any fixes on the air conditioning unit. I have not had any problems with my unit thankfully. I call him for my annual maintenance. I don't remember as to how much he charges.
Description of Work: I used R and C Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Appliances before the summer in March or April 2011 for the annual maintenance on my air conditioner.
