I was very pleased with Quantum Floors. Nick was prompt, professional, and competitive in pricing. The quality is exceptional both in product and service. The installers took care to prep the areas, before installing the floors in the bedrooms and hallways. I was impressed by how they meticulously trimmed out the stairs, mitering the quarter round in the smallest areas for a professional finish. I absolutely love my new floor, and highly recommend Quantum Floors to anyone!

I dealt with Nick from start to finish and EVERYTHING that was said was followed through . He was exceptionally responsive via email, text and phone. The floors were delivered on time and installed as promised. I wasn't totally pleased with the threshold molding, and he personally went and chose new pieces by hand to make sure the color match was perfect. The installers were clean and professional . Amazing service.

Nick responded to my message here on Angie'd immediately and answered all my questions. He then followed up with a call. Getting a lunch time appt to pick out the flooring was a cinch and then he went to take measurements. He and his team were extremely accommodating with me and my thousands of questions, emails, pictures before, during and after. They told me what was cost effective and not so that I did not blow my budget. The floors were put down and they left the overage for my kitchen to be done along with the material to lay it. The price that they gave me to come back out was reasonable and I will be calling them. Nick gave me a tutorial on how to maintain the flooring and what not to do to them. I am pleased with the outcome and with the whole experience!

I found Amazon Wood Designs on Angie's List and contacted them about our flooring project. We were looking to get rid of about 750 sq ft of carpet in our home and wanted to replace it with wood floors. We went to the show room and looked at different wood samples and ultimately decided on bamboo. Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and offered his advice and opinions on the various details of the project. His guys installed our floors over two days and I honestly couldn't be any happier. Our floors look even better than I could have imagined and I've fallen in love with our home all over again.

The owner was extremely professional. He was very knowledgable, patient, and courteous. His prices are excellent. There were no games or bad surprises. The work was first-rate, the job was done on time. We were extremely happy with the results. They did an excellent job in communicating all aspects of the job. They were careful with all our furniture. Moving it out carefully out of each room and returning it properly in place. They were careful to clean any dust after they were done. We would recommend them to all our friends with no hesitation.

Nicholas was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. His installers were very punctual and professional. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards as well. I will definitely use them again to finish my stairs when it's time.

Nick and Fernando were extremely professional and attentive to my needs concerns and insuring i was 100% satisfied. From the very first call Nick was thorough, upfront, and very clear on what could and could not be done. The installers were some of the most proficient flooring guys i have worked with over the last 10 years in real estate across several states. No surface is perfect and they are human and we had some tweaking to do, but between the owners, installers and my feedback, we ended up with an amazing job! I wanted them to do more, but they already did all the bedrooms and office. The prices were fair and they were very fast and on time. Will be referring all my clients and friends.

I Received a message VERY promptly...we went back and forth and unfortunately we wanted tile or a type of tile laminate that I've seen...found out he only does wood. He actually recommended a flooring place to go to as well as additional suggestions!!! I was beyond dumbfounded that someone would take the time on a WEEKEND to reply like this so I had to call him and thank him for his unbelievable customer service. Sad we can't use him as I just know based upon his work ethic and kind personality that he'd be a phenomenal vendor but I HIGHLY recommend him if you're looking for someone to do wood flooring in your home!! The new garage floor install was done to highlight a classic muscle car. It was designed in the checkered-flag pattern w/ Diamond Grid-Loc tiles and it came out beautiful. From the initial contact w/ Nicholas to the final install by the tile man, everything was handled as professionally as I expected. It's obvious why Amazon Wood Designs has an "A" rating on Angie's List. I would use them again, and have already recommended them and the Diamond Grid-Loc tile to my classic car friends. Nicholas worked well while we moving rooms around to accompany the new floors. Its been over a year now and have had zero problems in his work. We have recommended his work to a couple of others friends and all have found him and his craftsmanship excellent.

In undertaking the full remodeling of my condominium, I took on the role of general contractor; but it was Nick Duprey that deserves the credit for actualizing my flooring project from the foundation up. Nick spent many hours over weeks very considerately guiding me through the best options in flooring for my needs. Several contractors were present at the inception of my remodel; but Nick stepped in very diplomatically to negotiate a very challenging series of events and personalities, which allowed his and other teams to successfully begin and complete their work. Nick's company runs a clean and ordered shop, they are calm and clear, and executed the work in a highly professional manner. The labourers were very focussed and hard working, providing craft and a superlative finish through highly skilled arduous work. When visitors come over, it is the flooring that is the first to be commented on; the finished work is excellent. Sergio cut and laid marble finished porcelain tile in my bathroom, that looks as a sheet of solid marble. These men take their work ethic very seriously, with humility and passion, their entire business is an example of how any contractor should ideally operate a premium service. When schedules became mixed, other contractors made many demands. Nick is action and resolution oriented, once arriving at my home in the early AM hours with help, he personally hauled the entire -and hugely hefty load of old concrete and tile debris from my porch. The impeding problem was thus resolved. I have never experienced such respect and follow through as with this project. Further, when things became unmanageable, Nick was there on the phone availing his schedule after hours to accommodate the unreasonable demands imposed by another contractor. In doing this, he served to complete his work without interruption, and went beyond this is helping me thru a critical time. There were no complaints, only apologies from another team's workers. It has been a great pleasure, moreover, I feel good about the experience and very satisfied that my flooring is the highest level of quality, for which no one could be trusted more than Nick's team. The office staff remained very consistent in communications and coordination of the work; which, in tandum with Nick, provided a very clear and consistently executed flooring project, from planning, thru hard labor and negotiations, and yes, the billing was exceptionally well done and invoices were charged and sent directly. I have had no less than seven contractors to date on this project; no one compares to Nick's team, these people are heart-filled and highly competent. My highest quality contracted work to date remains my flooring project; and, thanks to all those whom contributed. I very highly recommend Nick and his team of flooring professionals.

The experience exceeded my expectations. Starting with the professionalism with the sales person. He did not rush me to make a selection and provided me with samples several times before I made a final selection. He made recommendations and I ended up going with his selection and was very pleased. The installer was on the job site all day installing laminate in two small bedrooms. He was very meticulous and the workmanship shows that. The individual who stretched the carpet was very meticulous as well. At first, no furniture had to be moved. Then he ran into problems with getting the carpet to stretch properly so he insisted on removing the furniture so he could complete the job the right way. FYI, I got estimates sometime ago to stretch the carpet and it was a ridiculous estimate. This installer charged me a very reasonable amount to do this job. The installers completed the job and it wasn't until the following week that the sales person called to get the final payment for the work. I have never written a review before but felt that the work completed for me deserved recognition.

After reading the reviews of their company on Angie's List and Nick's professionalism on the phone I decided on Nick to do our floors. They were awesome! We had to relocate in a hurry because of a company move. The buying process was painstaking because of market conditions and the horrible company selling the house. Through 9 cancelled closing dates Nick was able to keep us in queue and started the job promptly knowing we were living in a motel waiting to move in. That is just a part of our very satisfying experience. On my first visit to the area I went to their location to pick out the tile which was a pleasant experience with several great suggestions. A few days before we finally closed Nick called to say the tile I picked was not in stock anymore. Not his fault I could not put down a downpayment until I knew the closing was going to happen. I met Nick at their location again where he had several tile samples waiting for me to view based on my first pick. He gave great advice, I picked out a tile and also a back up in case it was not in stock. Nick said he would contact me regardless to let me know. The demo revealed 2 floors with the original 1970's tile under the laminate that would require hydraulic equipment to remove. Nick called to let me know and as stated in his bid, that the demo would be more and he would do everything he could to keep it as low as possible . After my approval they had the necessary equipment there within the hour and still managed to get the demo done in one day for the whole house, which did save us money! Once they started the installation Nick texted pictures of the progress which was a nice touch. His installer (artist) pointed out that he thought the grout I had picked was too light and he was right. I was so impressed with the attention to the small details of grout color, layout of flooring in hallways and corners and clean up. The flooring is beautiful and we are so happy. In order to get the job done quickly Nick called in back up from a GC he knows. He bid on some of the other repairs needed to be performed. His prices were great and we already knew he hired quality people. He also gave us good advice and our experience with him was just as satisfying. My experience with Nick was top notch from the beginning. Nick is an outstanding and honest man and is very knowledgeable when it comes to flooring. He was very patient and helpful when it came to selecting a floor. There was no pressure at all. The floor came on time and was installed in a very professional manner. He had a very experienced crew. Nick made sure they did exactly what they said they would do and even went that extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. I wish I had done the project sooner as made the entire process a pleasure. I hope to put wood floors in the rest of my house and would definitely use Nick again.

We received several estimates before deciding to go with Nick. He seemed fair and honest. His crew removed all of the tile flooring on our first floor, and a different crew came into install wood flooring. He was very responsive and was understanding when we have several additional steps to handle the escrow account with my mortgage holder. The teams did good work and were flexible. When the wood arrived late, they took a day off to let the wood temper before installing. His crews also moved the furniture into our garage and then back into the house when they were done, which was awesome as I was quite pregnant at the time. I did have to request another round of cleaning the sliding glass door tray of debris from the installation crew before they left, but they did it without a fight. I recommend Nick and will use him again for any future flooring needs.

Went incrdibly well. Although there were delaysour ability to start the project Fernando and his crew showed up the Christmas Eve and did the job for us!!! We will use Amazon for future projects.

The job could not have gone better. We had shopped around before we settled on Nick Duprey, so we knew the price was competitive. We had a time constraint and Nick promised we could get the job done within that time frame. There were no surprises, no last minute price changes. The workers had to move all our appliances, and put them back. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The floors were installed, the workers cleaned up everything, left our house spotless. They took all the construction garbage with them. In short, if you need wood or laminate flooring, I would look no further than Nick Duprey. Completely reliable, and, a nice guy to boot.
