Our installation started out on a rough note, when the technician was supposed to be there between 8 am and 10 am, but showed up close to 11:00. Then there was a discrepancy between what we told the salesman, and what showed up on the work order. After the salesman and the technician ironed this out, everything went very well. The technician worked very hard during the day to finish the job and the installation appears to very professionally done. When I arrived home around 7:00 PM, the technician very patiently explained the new system and answered all my questions. He even offered to make a last minute adjustment, even though he was ready to walk out the door. The salesman showed up as the technician was leaving, just to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. So, overall we were very pleased with the work. Best of all, the work cost half of what ADT quoted us.
Description of Work: Protection 1 performed a major upgrade of our 16 year old security system, adding many additional sensors and features.
