Neither of the requested services were done. I ordered both blind part and door handles to repair replace lock but they were the wrong size so had to return the parts. Cedric, the handy man suggested to hire specialist instead, so that is what I decided to do. Cedric offer suggestions to fix issues but would have hoped that the assessment that he was not going to be able complete the service would have been communicated during first visit.

My experience with him was terrible given nobody's money up front, everybody that has come here and has told me what they would do the job, they would go to home depot and they would just be up to what they need. bring me back the receipts, and when the job was finished, then I paid them, But i never gave up front. it's especially money quite like that. I've been stopping by people in the neighborhoods, been telling me that they've given people money and they never showed back up.They call the numbers on the cards that were given, no response. I said, Okay, and then this happened to me. No, but the guy was so honest and seemed like a reliable and responsible person and he gave me his little information about everything and he sent this message in his list. I said, that's where i found you. He said go on there. Look at my reviews and everything and he has some darn good reviews. They came through from the city of the department of Florida and they said do not give people money up front because everybody has been talking about how they have been misused and treated. And the people were telling their coming back and they never showed back up, but I just really truly believe in this guy because he seems like a honest guy, and he was saying that he was raised by his grandma and everybody and I know most children that are raised by their grandma Those are some darn good.

Cedric was able to pinpoint the problem as to why water was dripping into toilet bowl on both toilets. He replaced what was needed in both tanks and problem solved. He also was able to oil the sliders in my Florida room and they slide up easier now. Also cleaned the bugs out of two ceiling light fixtures. Would definitely hire him again and he was reasonable.

I was matched with Property Solutions 56 and I hired them because of Angi's recommendation. It seems this company does not show as a match in your system for my project request (6/28/23). They did a horrible job and I had to fire them after paying Cedric $800. They want more money to come back to fix their mistakes. They also intimidated me and complained that I fired them.

It was done professionally and quickly and they were very knowledgeable, and VERY POLITE.

The Handy Pros 101 crew completely professional throughout the process. The pros came to my house and calibrated the exact paint and primer that I would need and made great suggestions. I got competitive pricing from them as well. The previous color was an oil based red color. It was changed to SW pure white. I absolutely love the end result!! Painted my master bedroom! The room looks great. Took less than a day and Cedric was super detail oriented. Made sure everything had a double coat and that the cutting was all super even! Spent a lot of time making sure my furniture and blinds were back in place symmetrically and properly! Would definitely recommend

Cedric was very professional and I appreciate his help! He responded quickly and arrived on time. He was thorough and professional in removing an old alarm system and a utility sink. He was also able to relocate two electrical outlets, going above and beyond to ensure the job was done well. The price was fair and I would be happy to work with Cedric again.

Cedric was terrific! My doors look like new. Hard worker and did the job like it was his house. When we ran into a mechanical issue with the wrong door handles that I purchased- he stayed extra time till we could solve it together, with no extra charge to me. Was flexible on which day to come based on the weather for this outdoors job.

OPINION: Terrible experience. They left paint everywhere and did were rushed because they didn't allow for enough time. There are areas that remain unpainted or only have one coat of paint. Cedrick harassed me and showed up on my doorstep the day after they purportedly finished the job and banged on my door and would not leave until paid. (I was working from home and could not let him or call the police because I was starting a new job.) He repeatedly told me he had right to be on my property. I had not finished inspecting the work. He claimed I was a racist (we are of the same race). His behavior was highly disturbing.

It went extremely well, Cedrick understood right from the start what vision I had for my interior painting and even had allot of good design suggestions that I used. He was very neat and clean and left my condo nice and clean everyday. Overall the job turned out extremely well and Cedrick was a pleasure to deal with.
