Description of Work: I couldn't be happier working with Paradise Exteriors for new windows.

Description of Work: Replaced 8 windows and converted two sliding doors to picture windows with upper sliding windows, for a total of 12 installed windows, all storm windows with screens, high quality, sound and heat diminishing. The original order was placed in April. In August they forgot a screen for one of the sliding windows and broke a picture window upon instillation, which caused further delay in completion of the project. Additionally, the initial crew did not clean up after themselves as evidenced by some liquid they failed to clean that went under an item in the family room, causing an ant infestation. Furthermore, either a person from the second crew or (more likely) the second person to apply stucco onto the outside of the house post- picture window instillation on 9/16/15, broke the nozzle off our gardening hose and neglected to inform us. This type of dishonesty is not tolerated. Had the person disclosed the problem or asked for assistance it would have readily been given, instead they chose to hide their mistake. We did not discover the problem until we needed to use the hose. Since he is a representative of the company, and for the other reasons listed, I can not endorse this company for future use.

Description of Work: Installed impact window in master bedroom. He showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up when done. They pulled the permit and contacted my HOA for approval. All I really had to do was lock my animals up and write a check. It could not have been easier. I highly recommend this company

Description of Work: I think I am being nice with an overall C rating. The salesman was always nice and polite when he was in my home. He arrived on time, no problem. But my husband was busy at the moment and he insisted we wait for my husband (he was outside dealing with another quote for another project). After waiting for about 45 minutes, I told him, let's continue. I was quoted about $4500 for two doors and he asked me what my opinion was, I told him it was a bit out of our budget. When he asked about my budget, which i said $3,000, he called his boss, said "I have a prospect ready to sign today if we can do the two doors for $3,000". (I never said I was ready to sign). His boss immediately approved. He said, well there you go and wanted to proceed with the order. I said to him, I have to think about this and speak with my husband, plus show him the photos, etc. He was SO SURPRISED and almost insulted that I didn't take his offer. He stated, well I just told my boss you were ready to sign! He continued to make me feel bad that he went out of his way to call his boss and make a deal for me, etc etc. Well, I got antsy and couldn't wait for this man to leave my home. Did he think I was an idiot?? Probably thought I was some dumb housewife. I may be 9 months pregnant, running around after a 1 yr old, probably was dressed too casual, but I run my own business, and have an MBA. This guy probably thought I'm just a lonely little housewife that makes no decisions... no thanks!

Description of Work: Replaced 10 windows with hurricane impact windows. Cleaned up behind themselves and in a timely manner. Removed all old windows and frames.
