Absolutely horrible. My windows were installed in October I have not yet had my final inspection and it is almost April. We had a door that was not installed correctly and after four visits from the company they finally figured out what was wrong. Be careful.

Paradise keep me well informed throughout the entire process from contract sign to permits and installation. They originally told me two days for install but then the install only took one day from 9:30am start to 7:30 finish. Now waiting for stucco repair on two openings and then final inspection. Got call today to set up inspection date at a convenient time for us. Look forward to final inspection. The windows are very high quality and my house is already cooler.

Had an appointment with Cory today! He was very polite, arrived on time, had a thorough presentation, and was very knowledgeable in answering all the questions I had for him. Highly recommend! 10/10

I had my windows and door replaced in July 2020. The experience was seamless and the instillation was flawless. The instillation crew were clean and experienced. They told me it could take up to 2 days to complete the job and they completed in in about 10.5 hours.I would recommend Paradise Exteriors Impact Windows and Doors to anyone who is thinking about replacing their windows and doors.What they promised is what they delivered and I love it. My electric bill wend down, my home owners insurance went down and my home is as quiet as I expect it. I do not hear any outside noise that normally bothers me when I sleep as I wake up at the slightest noise.This is a true testimonial and it was money well spent.

Justin came to my house to give an estimate on windows he came from paradise windows he explained everything it was a good and positive explanation of how the windows work a good demonstration and how the windows work the vinyl and the aluminum.looking forward to my windows

The Windows themselves are nice. The removal and instalation not so much. Prying the windows out without removal of the trim busted the cedar boards. When I questioned they said they only had the pressure treated they were given to shim the new Windowsand offed to use it. They said they would have to contact Paradise (although I was lead to believe they were Paradise)for authorization and they did purchase more than enough to replace all the trim. They only used a portion of the material and installed it smooth side out which,doesn't match the rest of the house. One window they sawed the window frame out cutting the trim and didn't replace the sawn trim. From prying the windows out they busted the compound off the drywall corner metal as well as busting it loose from the interior face in the bedroom. They said we should let you know and the finish guy would fix it, they did skim coat the one corner. The part I found most unusual was having to pay before the installation, never seen that before. Look forward to getting the final and the installation and touch up completed.

I love the way my windows look and the installers were professional and cleaned up afterwards. Although it was a very windy day and dust did go everywhere since I had no windows and doors, I understand we couldn’t control the weather!

Ken and James were the only guys to sit down and explain the actual process of replacing my roof and I had 5 other companies out to give me quotes. They explained everything so I could understand and were able to help me out with great financing terms as well!

Terrible. I've been waiting since June 2020 for my project to be completed. Paradise Exteriors sent out contractors on the wrong date of installation. These contractors removed all my window treatments without my permission violating their contract. Ever since then I've been awaiting an inspector so my job can be complete. I was told the inspectors are not coming out due to covid 19. Yet other families have been submitting reviews stating what a wonderful job paradise windows has done for them. There is no reason why Zachary,one of the managers has not sent out an inspector to complete my job. JERRY Pelissier Promised me $500 if I removed a Google review that I submitted before. Well guess what, I removed it and I never received $500 nor an inspector to my house. In November, when the temperature dropped I open my windows to feel the fresh air and of the 11 windows I had installed only 5 of them worked. What a fire hazard! They came out in response to that and oiled up the window tracks but still no inspector. What is it? Am I the wrong race,creed,or color? They have been compensated and money has only one color which is green and they have it! Miami Dade County should violate them for letting the permit elapse as they would a normal citizen doing work on their house.Paradise exterior's please come finish my job you were so expeditiously paid to do. That is all I ask.

Ken came out tonight, very nice gentleman. Took the time to sit down with me and explain the whole roofing process. Even though I have done roofs myself Ken was so knowledgeable that I learned a bunch of new things, especially about the new technology of the shingle...a lot has changed in 10 years! Thank you Ken, thank you paradise for this amazing experience.

Justin came out from Paradise and presented in completion all aspects surrounding installations of windows, from permitting issues, measurements, what happens if block on enclosing a window is not done according to permitting, pace program options, discount options, insurance coverage if leaving hurricane shutters or not, amount that the cost would be monthly if choosing the pace program, and Other discussions surrounding cost savings surrounding the choice of installation. Justin is about one of the best consultants I have ever met in construction, cares about quality and a happy customer at the end of the day. Paradise was quick in their discussions with Justin in regard to disabled.veteran options and very good in making a decision regarding this option. I would recommend this company to any that needs windows or work on their home.

Found Paradise Exteriors on homeadvisor.com. Made an appointment. Representative Danny ******* came right out and was very informative and explained everything very thoroughly. Was able to purchase energy-efficient, hurricane-impact vinyl within my budget. The installers were very neat, professional, and also informative about the installation process. Installed 3 Windows in just 3 hours! No other company I spoke with agreed to do only 3 Windows, but Paradise did. From the time of the agreement to the day of installation it only took 8-10 weeks as I was told. Definitely notice a big difference in temperature in the room where the windows were installed and they are much quieter. They look much better than the old aluminum Windows I had before. They are much smoother as far as operation and aesthetics. Very happy and have told my neighbors about Paradise Exteriors windows & doors. Will also continue to spread the word about them.

Ken was absolutely amazing! He has extensive knowledge in what he is selling, which is very rare. He is kind, friendly and answered every one our questions thoroughly. I look forward to doing business with Paradise Exteriors now and in the future!
