John, Ray and their crew were awesome! The most professional, polite and courteous workers I have had in my home in a long time. These guys are true craftsmen. Their attention to even the smallest details was refreshing. Something not common in Florida, these guys called to confirm a day in advance, called to let me know they were on their way and they actually arrived on time. After observing this crew for the entire install, I can tell you that these guys are very hard workers. I really liked that they treated my home like it was their own. There are a lot of window companies out there but in my opinion Paradise is THE company to hire.

This company is very personalized and gave me a great price which was better than another top rated company. The salesman came out and gave us wonderful demonstrations. The product is great! Superior technology that they explain well and in great detail. After the work was complete, their clean up job was excellent as well.

Timely. Professional. Arrived on time, windows and doors were as promised. My air conditioner barely runs, and the sun literally bakes on a sliding door. No heat at all inside on glass. Inspector came, Paradise sent two punch out carpenters to follow thru house and immediately correct anything, inspector signed off and loving our safe, comfortable new windows and doors.

I have had an excellent experience with Paradise Exteriors. I totally loved Daniel the sales person right from the moment he did his presentation. He explained the product and procedure of the install, then I was contacted on a regular basis from the office as to the timeline of the order and install. When the installers arrived I was informed they would complete the work in one day! Oh my goodness I couldn't believe it. There were several men that began immediately covering furniture with plastic and brought in their supplies. They all had their positions and worked very efficiently. The windows look great! When the work was completed they cleaned up, packed up and were on their way. Now I have beautiful new windows and couldn't be happier! No more hurricane shutters! WaHoo!

So far it's been good. Customer service wise they've answered all my questions. I like that the office is very accessible and there's someone there to answer my questions.

These are extremely well made, look beautiful, reduce noise greatly and have a superior locking system. The crew was on time and all of them were professional and experienced. There are always adjustments when this type of work is done. The original openings are rarely ever squared correctly and they knew how to score tile and cut a carpet edge very well. They cleaned up debris promptly and completely and removed all of it. They also covered furniture, electronics and whole sections of rooms with plastic sheeting taped thoroughly to prevent dust from settling on or in anything. I have no doubt that these doors will reduce our energy bills in the summer months! I would recommend Paradise Exteriors to anyone looking for these types of products. Outstanding! I took photographs through the whole process to make a file for anyone in our development who can't envision the process.

The company that installed most of the windows in my home was no longer in the window business so I used Paradise to install the last 2 windows in my home. Tthey were very responsive - and said that if I had ANY issues with ANY of the windows, even the windows that they did not intall, that they would take care of it for me. Indeed, when I saw mold inside one of the windows that they did not install I called them - They ordered new glass and came at NO CHARGE to do the warranty work. WOW Talk about GREAT Customer service! Thank YOU!!!

It went very well. Everyone was nice & professional, from the Salesman to the Office Coordinator to the Installers. The windows look great and are easy to clean.

I checked with several companies, and they had the best price. The office people and installers I worked with were wonderful. It was very easy to speak with the owner when I had a question, and he assisted me quickly. They were clean, covered the furniture, and cleaned up before they left. They moved chairs out of the room because they were in front of the windows being installed. They completed the job quickly. They were also very patient and knowledgeable. The products they used are high quality. They got the necessary permit and did everything the correct away. They didn't try to bypass any steps. I was very pleased with everything they did.

Great. We used this company again to install these two windows because we were so happy with the way they installed six impact glass windows previously. They were very professional and neat. They did a great job installing the windows. Also, when the City inspector comes to inspect the job they always have one of their installers present to make any necessary adjustments. This ensures that the job will pass inspection and avoid future appointments with the inspector. We highly recommend Paradise Exteriors if you need replacement windows.

Called Paradise Exteriors for an estimate to construct a patio addition to my home. Although the staff and salesman were friendly and professional, Paradise Exterior's estimate was almost double what I ended up paying. They offered to deduct $2,000 if I signed a contract right away, which is not a sales technique that I enjoy.

The crew that came out was very courteous and professional, and they showed up on time. They cleaned up well, and they did a great job. If anyone is looking for windows, I'd recommend them. However, the financing interaction I had brings my overall review to an A-.

They were excellent. They ordered the windows, secured the permit and installed all 6 windows in less than one month. The owner Dan was very professional and helpful as was his wife Tina who runs the business office. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. The installers were very competent and professional. They installed the windows in one day. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing replacement windows.
