Paradise Exteriors did an amazing job installing my windows! I purchased 8 of them after speaking with their awesome sales rep Geoffrey! He blew me away with his awesome demonstration! I spoke with 2 other companies and Paradise was the 3rd one here and I just couldn't pass up their window or price! Pure virgin vinyl window with a double life of the homeowner warranty! How can it get any better!? Plus they have their own installers that installed everything in just 5 hours! And they cleaned up everything nice and neat! Very happy customer!

The experience was GREAT. I will definitely recommend Paradise Exteriors. The work was done as promised. I was kept inform of the status during the whole process. Installation was done as scheduled and all the work was done on the time stablished and very clean. The installation team was very professional and courteous. The Administrative team also was very helpful during all our inquiries.

It was extremely windy the day of installation and the crew tried to cover items but at the end, my inside did get fine dust and some debris. BUT it is the construction industry! Outside was cleaned up super well. I am still going to recommend (& have) but will warn about clean up.

It took me almost a year to decide, but it was clear that Paradise Exteriors offered a great hurricane window product. The sales team was thorough, and was able to compare to other manufacturers and installers. It took a long time to get the product from the manufacturer, and to set an installation date, and for a bit, I thought they'd forgotten about me. A little more contact during the waiting period would have been helpful. Installation crew was extremely thorough and professional and respectful. I had a glitch with one of the window latches and the installer team captain came over to help me with it. I recommend Paradise Exteriors for hurricane window installation!

My Cat 5 vinyl windows were installed last week and I am 100% satisfied with not only the product but for the "Personal Service" provided by the "Paradise Exteriors" organization. Additionally, the installers were courteous and did a fabulous installation job in addition to cleaning up at the end of the day. I would gladly recommend this company for any of your window needs. Very pleased. We had an issue with the mis-measurement of one of our windows and a replacement window was ordered and installed without issue. As a contractor for over 30 years this has been the most hassle free experience I have had dealing with a contractor. The installers were courteous and very aware of the surroundings and courteous. The new windows are a great upgrade the the house and look great from the street.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we checked out several companies that installed impact windows and doors, and because of the quality we selected Paradise Exteriors to install our windows and doors. We met with Chris and he provided excellent knowledge of the product materials, and explained how the process works. He made sure we were comfortable with the product, materials, and price of the windows and doors. We are anxiously waiting for the installation process to be completed, and we will take pictures of the finished product.

What a very nice experience with Enzo Ocsas and Daniel Raz, they came out and showed me the importance of impact windows and all the features I did not know came with the newest type of impact windows. I'm getting my new windows soon thanks to their help and knowledge of using Ygrene as financing it will not hurt my budget and because of energy savings I actually will spend less paying for the windows than what my bills were before. I recommend Paradise to anyone who is looking to make their home more energy efficient and beautiful. They really pay for themselves

We met with Justin after already signing a contract with Lowe’s for our Hurricane Impact windows. He talked to us about all of the benefits that Paradise Exteriors had to offer over Lowe’s including having their own contractors, he would be the project manager on site and their products are a lifetime warranty (none of which Lowe’s had). He was also able to work with our budget. Overall we have been pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this company is and how great Justin was to explain everything to us. We are looking forward to our windows and working with this great company!

Ken was courteous, and very knowledgeable about the roofing system. Usually my son will kick salesmen out of the house but Ken was so good, not only did he not kick him out, we were sold on the spot. 50 year roof for the price he gave was a no brainer.

Our salesman Jeff was very professional. He answered our questions and when he didn’t have an answer he called the office to get one. Our current roof is GAF and it lasted 23 years before we started having leaks after some bad storms. Very happy with the product. Looking forward to our new roof.

Took a while longer for the process than I liked, however these guys worked very hard and did a great job on my home
