Called to schedule appointment. Sales rep was on time. Blew me away with his presentation. Spoke with 2 other companies but the fact that Paradise is family-owned & operated & does everything from re-measuring to permitting, financing, HOA approvals, to installing stucco repair & they even cleaned up after themselves after only taking 5 hours to install all my 8 wdws. Very pleased.

The process went fairly smoothly. The installers arrived on time and finished near evening. They were efficient with their time and worked as a team. They cleaned up after they were done.

Made an appointment with the sales rep. After talking to 3 companies, we decided to go with Paradise because of the energy efficiency, their quality & reputation of excellence in details.

I should have trusted my gut instinct after the high pressure sales pitch, reminiscent of the worst car salesmen and avoided this company. But I liked the product that we were shown, the pricing was reasonable (not the lowest, not the highest) and the salesman made all these promises about how, as a family run business, we would get the attention we deserved, leaving us with a list of important contact numbers, including the owners. We were told that if we ordered the windows they would be installed in 8 to 10 weeks and we signed for them at the beginning of March, expecting installation by the end of April/mid-May. But when I called for updates I was then advised that it was 10 to 12 weeks and not from the date we signed, but rather from when the permit was acquired, which added another 3 weeks. With all these delays the windows should have been installed by June 14th, but the first date they could send installers was 2 weeks later. So 17 weeks instead of 8 to 10 that the salesman promised. Not a huge issue, but be honest when you tell people how long this is going to take. We wanted installation before hurricane season started and they lied about their timing. My wife was very concerned about the mess this would make and we were assured that they take steps to properly protect your property and that they would finish one area before moving on to the next. We have pets in our home and we were assured that they could remain in one room until the other rooms had been completed. When the installers arrived I asked which room they were starting in and they looked bewildered before saying they would start on the ground floor. So I took my dogs to the upstairs master bedroom. My wife had put some sheets over our lounge furniture but that was all that was covered. I went down a short while later to check on the progress and to my horror discovered that they had removed ALL the downstairs windows, without making any attempt to keep the dust away or to cover the rest of our furniture. They had one small tarp that they laid inside the window they were working on, but because all the windows were removed at one time and it was a hot windy day, dust was flying everywhere. The house was an absolute mess. There were 4 workmen and they installed 14 of the 21 windows that first day. They asked me if they could come at 6am the next day to finish and I explained that although I didn't mind, the city does not allow construction work before 8am so we agreed that they would come at 8am the next day. They didn't show up. At 10:30am 2 of the workers arrived - no calls to apologize and when I asked where the other 2 workers were, they kept saying they were on their way. They never came and these two workmen struggled to complete the rest of the job. They had not brought ladders to install my second floor windows so had to borrow mine - I only have one. Carrying the large windows through the house they dented walls, dented my wooden floor, left grubby finger marks all over the staircase. It was disgusting. I kept asking if they would finish that day, because we had to go out of town the next day. They assured me they would. I called the office to find out where the other 2 workers were and was told they would call me back - that never happened and by the end of the day the job was NOT finished. However they told me the inside work was done, they just needed to work outside while we were away. They told my neighbor that they needed to get into the house after all, but he said they couldn't because our alarm was armed. I came home to discover that there were white splotches on every surface below where the windows had been installed. I tried power washing but the marks did not come off. We also noticed that one of the windows was badly damaged on the inside. I took photos of the damaged window and the mess on my paving and emailed them to the owner. I received a phone call asking if it was convenient for someone to come and fix these issues the next day between 9:30am and 10:30am. I took the day off work, but by 11am nobody had arrived. I called and was told the person was delayed at another job and would be there in the afternoon. I’m still waiting!! My wife called the owner and got voicemail so she asked him to call her back. She’s still waiting. I emailed him again. No response. I got a call from their Inspection Division asking if we could schedule the inspection with the city and agreed and also hoped whoever came would address my issues. Well when he arrived, it turned out that the paperwork the installers had left, saying it was the permit, was not actually the permit. So another day wasted, time off work. The representative also took photos of the mess on my paving - he suggested that I try muriatic acid. Lets be clear, I didn't make the mess, its not my responsibility to be cleaning it up. The inspection was rescheduled and immediately after the inspector left, a representative of Paradise installed some trim around all the doors that were installed. I also showed him that there were problems with one of the door handles and he said he would arrange a service call. That evening when I tried to lock the house I discovered the doors no longer can be locked! First thing in the morning I called to arrange for a service call but I was told they would take a message and get back to me. By noon, nobody had called and I called back and spoke to Zack. He told me it was impossible to get anyone out that same day and I would have to wait a few days until it could be done. There doesn't seem to be any urgency on their part to the fact that my house was left unlocked. The windows themselves are great. But the ineptitude and frustration of dealing with Paradise Exteriors has been a horrific experience. I still don’t know what they are going to do to fix the mess on my paving - my gut instinct is that they are just going to continue to ignore this. My wife spent $400 to have cleaners come and clean up the mess they left inside the house.

Very professional people. Love the way they handled the sale. Treated me like family and kept me informed throughout the entire process of my order. The sales rep Danny Sellers was very informative and professional. I chose Paradise after speaking with 3 other companies because of their white glove treatment. The installation took less than a day. The installers were amazing! They even helped me move my furniture and cleaned up everything after they were done! Highly recommend this company! They are top notch!

Excellent job done. Did upstairs first to make sure we were satisfied with the windows and company. They were excellent so had them complete the job on the downstairs. Highly recommend this company and product. Cuts the heat and noise, keeps house cool.

Service was excellent. Windows were installed very fast and properly.

The installer introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do and start right away until the end.

The salesman was great, the installment crew was great - Done in one day.

Started once permit approved, called me for installation date after windows were ordered. Took 2 days to install. They did a great job & after install checked to make certain inspection would pass without problems.

Window replacement didn't happen, they would not even give me an estimate unless they gave me a two hour long presentation. Told them I just wanted to get an estimate and the representative was told by his boss to leave because I would not listen to a two hour long presentation

The contractor performed the service in a timely, professional and efficient manner. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking for a quality product and service.

Team was on time, they worked together from beginning to end and once the job was done it was cleaned and done fantastically- amazing team. Will have more work in the fall.

My experience was more or less exactly as described by other people leaving an "F". Where do I begin... The initial call to setup an appointment for what I THOUGHT would just be a professional estimate was prompt and friendly. I spoke with Victor, who seemed to have a lot of energy. The Paradise Exteriors Representative showed up early, which I appreciated. And that's where things fell apart. I thought the gentleman would go through my house, measure my windows, inquire as to my needs, answer questions, provide an estimate, and be on his way. Unfortunately, like everyone else here, I was held hostage in my own home and forced to listen to and watch a dog and pony show. Much of which was an extreme insult to my intelligence. At one point, I literally told the gentleman I didn't feel well and proceeded to lay my head on the table because I was outrageously annoyed. I had even mentioned I needed to WORK (I work from home) and yet could not be released from the madness. After THE FIRST hour and a half of being forced to read stupid warranties from other companies with specific text highlighted, listening to why every other company sucks, the life story of the salesman and the company, a demonstration with two models of window (the "good pure vinyl" window and the "bad regrind" window - the "bad" window not even being a real representation of a true regrind window), a magic screen (best part of the show really), that stupid heat lamp to the window pane test, me BEGGING to just get to the freaking point and get a PRICE, and a plethora of other infuriating aspects of the pitch...I told the guy I HAD to do a conference call and he HAD TO LEAVE. Even THEN, he stood in silence, texted the bosses, and asked WHEN he could come back to FINISH the PRESENTATION. OH MY GOD. NEVER. I DON'T WANT A PRESENTATION. I WANT AN ESTIMATE. Well, he finally got me when he said he'd just come back to do the measurements and give me an estimate. I don't even know why I believed it. I think because he was such a nice guy. He comes back, measures the windows, comes up with the estimate, and CONTINUES TO HOLD ME HOSTAGE IN MY OWN HOUSE. He withholds the price until he can finish the god awful, time wasting presentation that BY THE WAY, NO ONE mentioned would take place on the phone. Somewhere in the 3 HOURS plus presentation, this salesman had made me so furious he had quite literally UNSOLD ME ON WINDOWS PERIOD (and this feeling has only gotten worse the more windows companies I've spoken with save for TWO of 7 of them). But wait - there's more... So he gets to the price and initially quotes me roughly $38,800 for 11 windows and my 4 panel sliding doors. The soft-lite windows. I didn't think I could get more upset than I already was. Now this guy had wasted 3 hours of my time that I felt like billing HIM for, but he also came up with some outrageous price that could have saved us BOTH the trouble had he said it in the first place. Oh, but...you don't like that price? What did you think it should be? After a few magical, "unheard of" discounts - yes, that's right...it's part of the show. The salesperson makes a call to the "big boss" and gets permission to give you the biggest discount he's ever seen...made all the more convincing by the serious nature of the call...something anyone who has ever been in sales might recognize. Not only that, but you also get these "massive discounts" on an ARBITRARY ESTIMATE for recommending this company to your friends, family, and for leaving reviews. I'd be cool with this if the price were not some bizarre calculation based on their "pricing guide". Baloney. Next thing I know, the price is around $26,000 - and by the way, doesn't even include all of my windows. While self-absorbed in his presentation, he forgot to count and estimate for ALL of my windows. THAT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS GETTING THE RIGHT MEASUREMENTS AND RIGHT COUNT OF WINDOWS. However, I didn't notice this until later that day... Anyway, the guy starts pitching me to sign now or lose this great deal, blah blah. The same pitch everyone in this bogus industry tries. To get the guy OUT OF MY HOUSE FOR GOOD, I signed the contract which clearly states it can be canceled within 3 business days for a refund of your full deposit. I, of course, canceled same day and then AGAIN on Monday...by multiple means to ensure it was done because I'm getting my $309.00 deposit back. WELL, it was recorded May 1 that I canceled...and it is May 17 and I have YET to see my DEPOSIT back. I called to find out about this and apparently someone had "forgotten" to put the cancellation and refund through billing. So they can't keep their paperwork together and they can't count the right number of windows in a house. I spoke with Mark on 05/15 (very nice guy) who said the refund should be returned within 7 to 10 business days - which had absolutely better happen... So I will say that everyone I spoke with at Paradise Exteriors is really nice and happy sounding. But in a Disneyworld kind of way. If you're the kind of person who wants a fun salesman, a salespitch, and has time to sit around and shut up, Paradise is for you. I'm SURE there are a lot of people that would like to work with this company. The kind of people who don't feel like doing research, want to get sold on something, and just roll with it. I'll tell you...I'm ready to spend the money on impact windows. I sure as heck want them. But now I understand why my dear salesman said he had spent 5 years looking for impact windows. It's such a DRAG.

Paradise employees kept me up-to-date from start of project to finish. They advised me of every stop from beginning of project to completion and they called me numerous times after project was finished to make sure I was pleased.

Paradise offered to come out on a Sunday so my husband could be there too. They made 3 follow-up/confirmation calls but only on the last one, a day before, they briefly mentioned that they just ask for a little bit of time to tell us about their products. Never did anybody say please schedule 2-3 hours for a presentation and sales pitch! We had family in town and were supposed to go to the beach that day. Also we have 3 little ones that need attention, meals, etc. It was ridiculous. The sales guy was very nice, the products are of good quality and had us convinced, but then came the price and car salesman show (not the sales guy's fault, seems to be what management tells them to do). The price went from absolutely ridiculous to still extremely high. We hadn't done any research prior so we didn't have another estimate to compare. Also we hadn't read any reviews yet or we would have known what was coming... So after getting suspicious and collecting other estimates (with much more pleasant sales visits) we knew our "amazing special only for us" deal was not even competitive to other top rated companies. It's a shame. If the price would have been a bit more reasonable and no crazy sales pitch (just a little demo with prior notice and no car sales techniques) i'm sure we would have went with them...

Paradise exteriors was on time professional and efficient. They did a great job and finished 19 windows in 1 day.

Gary the salesman was on time. No high pressure to purchase it quality product and good price. Company called every two weeks with update on permit and windows. Installation was less then 5 hours. Very neat and professional the installers.

Just received the quote at 3pm on April 18th 2017 and to my disbelief it was $34K dollars. Keep in mind this is for Aluminum Hurricane Shutters. The salesman came with Windows and no accordion shutter examples. I showed him my written quote from a competing Angie's List superior service company and he was out the door in a hurry saying no way they could touch that. I even asked the representative if he was positive his math was correct and he assured me it was. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and I am only writing this review to educate consumers on my recent experience with Paradise Exteriors LLC.

Great! Our new Windows are beautiful, energy efficient, & quieter! We feel much safer with them too!

Three hours later and we had no written quote/estimate. We just wanted an estimate, if the window does not leak and does what it is suppose to, I don't need to know anything else. They show you pictures of the owner and his family. the presentation is like a cheesy game show. Very pushy and aggressive. Gross manipulation of time and abuse of our kindness and generosity in letting them into our home. They presented an initial number, called it in and told the person on the other line about us and ostensibly slashed 50% of their bogus initial quote. Made my wife and I both have to be there to get the quote. When suggested we needed to get on with our day, presenter continued to talk. Very pushy when we said we had to do our due diligence and get a couple quotes. Will not be doing business with them. Like being held hostage in your own home.

I looked them up on google and obviously did not go with the first company I found. I asked around for various quotes and of course got one from Home Depot but the thing with the big company is that it would be subcontracted and I am sure there is nothing wrong with that but this private business was more involved and kept me informed every step of the way. They also did their own contracting. I did not have a hard time at all because they took care of the leg work with getting the city inspectors to come and the application, etc.. I plan to use them again for my door and would definitely refer them to others.
