I found the sales presentation to be WAY TOO LONG. I just wanted my windows measured but I got a whole song and dance for over 2.5 hours. I felt as if I was stuck in a Timeshare presentation that would never end including a staged call to the manager for better pricing which kept changing. The product may be good but the dog and pony show turned me off, especially when they quoted me a super high number and then find a way to lower it when they realized I'm not that foolish. I was going to be nearly $60 to replace my windows in a standard home.

The sales person was very knowledgeable. The installers are in house employees not subcontracted. The windows are high quality & have a great warranty. Happy with the look and protection they provide. Our electric bill has decreased quite a bit.

Paradise crew came on a Friday (4) and finished on Saturday (2 men), work completed timely & clean.

Removed 10 awning windows and replaced with 10 paradise vinyl windows. Job was efficient clean up complete and a safe beautiful product!

We went to a festival in Palm Beach. I got approved by a Paradise Exteriors sales person. Set up an appointment. Presentation was very impressive, so we decided to make a purchase to replace our 2nd floor windows. Service was excellent. Can't wait to do the 1st floor.

Amazing company. Kept me updated every 2-3 weeks with the status of my order. On the day of the install, I was nervous that they were not going to install all 10 windows in 1 day. But the crew of 7 men showed up on time, and within 1 hour, all OLD windows were removed. And the new windows were installed by 4pm. 2 of my windows were 10 foot spans (one slider and one regular). I dont know how they do it but they installed these heavy pieces of glass with ease. Afterwards, they got out their brooms, vacuums, and shop vacs and cleaned EVERYTHING. There was literally NO debris on the inside OR OUTSIDE of my house. No stucco flakes, no paint chips, 99% of all dust was cleaned up inside my home. This is a very large purchase and many of you may know, so I wanted to make sure I chose the right company. And I did! I HIGHLY recommend Paradise Exteriors for ALL of your windows. Update: old homeowners insurance rate was $4000 a year, new rate after windows is $1980 a year!

Flawlessly. Windows were delivered and installed as promised. After ordering, the company called regularly to give a status update. No problem contacting the office. Installation was done on Aug. 2, 2017; Installers were pros. The new windows look great. I don't hesitate to recommend Paradise Exteriors.

Someone came out last summer and said they need to either re-set the door or we need a new slab. Jeff said to me; the door is wrong - you need a new slab, the door is warped. They continue to send someone out to replace the weather stripping. It has never lasted! This has been a continued problem for 18 months. The door might be fine for 24 hours to a week or maybe 2 weeks, but then the gaps began appearing around the entire door.

they guys came around 10:00 am, started to remove the old windows and cleaned the place. After they put the new windows & sealed them. Cleaned everything after they done job.

Excellent. Very professional all around. From the sales rep James to the customer service people in the office to the remeasure crew to the installers were all great. Even the owner came to my house to finalize some specs and configurations and to make sure we were happy. They really treated us like family.
