Esta compañia y en especial su representante de ventas, Jesse Rivera, son excelentes. Jesse llegó puntualmente a la hora acordada, y muy detalladamente nos explico todo sobre la compañia y sus ventanas y puertas. Tomó las medidas y nos dio los precios. El precio al que llegó era mas que lo que mi esposo y yo podiamos sostener como retirados. Pero Jesse no se dio por vencido y nos dijo que el haría todo lo posible para negociar un mejor precio sin perder la calidad de las ventanas y puertas que queriamos. Sinceramente, no creíamos que se pudiera hacer mucho. Pero Jesse no se dío por vencido y en una semana nos llamó con una propuesta increible y alfín podremos tener nuestras ventanas y puertas.Ya les dejaré saber como nos fué con la instalación y pondré fotos. Joseph came to our new home today to give us a quote on windows and I want to tell anyone that will listen that he is a remarkable young man!!..a really good sales person. When he came I was dead set against not purchasing anything AT ALL..I told him this right away!!!..now I'm getting new windows very soon...he is very personable!! When he told me his age I lost it..he is far beyond his years in his ability to deal with people..a real asset to your company. I would give him a 10!!!!!

Unbelievable crew. They were all extremely knowledgeable and willing to get the job done right. They worked very clean and actually eliminated any mess as they went along. All were very capable and helped us with any questions we might have had.

Our sales rep did a great job of presenting the products and walking us through a few scenarios we were considering. He was able to tailor the products Paradise offered to our specific needs; it was wonderful. I am impressed with the windows and they really are a one of a kind in the state of Florida

I cannot say enough about these people. Not only are their prices competitive but their product and installations are superior to anything I've seen. Once you sign up you will be treated not as a customer, but like family. A team of ladies take over and do all the planning work for you. You will do nothing. They will file and submit for all permits and Homeowner's Assn. release if required and will advise you as each permit is secured. You will then be contacted by their coordinator, Christine. Not only will she advise you of the factory order being placed but will arrange delivery and installation based upon your schedule. There is never pressure of any kind. Christine will walk you through any questions that may arise and continue to inform you on a step by step basis of all that will occur during delivery and installation. She is very good at what she does. The installation teams will get their job done in 2-3 days and totally clean up after themselves. Everyone is available to you by phone, including the owners of this company and make you feel completely at home. I highly recommend Paradise Exteriors for your installation of impact windows and doors.

Although the windows were about 3 weeks late Paradise did a good job of keeping me informed every step and Gabriel and his crew did an excellent installation job; they arrived when they said they would, protected everything in the house from dust, installed the windows and verified operation to my satisfaction, and cleaned up everything...a absolutely beautiful job

We had all our windows in our condo upgraded to impact windows. Paradise Exteriors installed in one day and the team of guys did a good job, clean and they worked efficiently. My experience with the office was also good, they handled the permits and of course the HOA requirements, which can be tedious. They were good at keeping me apprised of the schedule by phone and email. They always answered me when I had an inquiry. And at inspection technician was there to handle any request to get it finalized. My husband was impressed when the inspector stated he was happy with the quality of the work as he had a recent inspection from a different company that fail for three windows. Needless to say we passed. My only concern was with the timeline. From signing on with them to final it took 6 months - windows had to be made and then we weren't available for the first date so there was a delay on install --they book 2 months in advance. One window had an issue and needed a part which took time to get and to schedule repair date and inspection-So it seemed never ending--. That part I mentioned was fixed. We like our windows and although it's been a journey, we are COMPLETELY satisfied with the product and with the service. It was well worth the wait.

I am totally pleased with the service, product & communication with this company, from the first visit to post-installation. Highly recommended!!

Right after signing the work contract, I was really impressed with how I was kept informed of the different phases of the process with phone calls and emails all along. As for the actual installation, not only was the crew effective and efficient, it was really impressive that two (2) different employees stopped by to ensure that everything was progressing well and according to specifications. That, in my opinion, is a clear proof of Paradise Exteriors' commitment to getting things done right.

Our experience with Logan as a sales rep was excellent. He was on time, professional, and well versed about the product. He was able to make us feel comfortable about making such a big purchase of redoing all the windows and doors in our house.

5/5 for overall experience. 17 large windows +, team was working into the night 9pm after a long installation day. Guys cleaned up as best as the could, but it was dark, and I was left with some broken glass on pool deck. Took a couple calls to get someone out to clean up, but they came by and cleaned. Excellent communication and installation. So far, I like the end products. I'd recommend this company to a friend.

Justin was a super salesperson. He worked very hard to achieve an agreement that worked for me.I am very pleased with Paradise .

I wanted to post my experience with my sales rep Peter,he was on time he was totally prepared for the presentation and most of all knowledgeable of the product. He educated me on the product I was purchasing. As the Paradise Exterior motto is, "welcome to the family" Peter is part of my family. I am hoping that my installation goes well as well.

Both men were neatly dressed and groomed and i felt comfortable with them in my house. They did the work as a team and left the area very neat and tidied. my husband, who so seldom comments said several times how courteous and efficient the men working at the house were when he encountered them. Paradise Exteriors team was very communicative and always arrived on time. One window arrived broken from the manufacturer, but the team ordered a new one and replaced this as well as the screens. I would recommend this company.

The installers were very nice and answered all my questions. The windows look great and I was surprised that I could feel the difference the new windows made in the temperature in the room.

I had a great experience with Logan he was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about the company and the product. Extremely knowledgable sales rep as well as patient. Great product, can't wait for the windows to start saving on energy as well as making the house look great, updated and safe. Let me mention once again on the sales rep Santiago Munera, if not for his cool calm demeanor and running us through everything answering all our questions as well as our quirkiness. if not for him we would be with another contractor. We will definitely call for future projects.

We really like the sliding doors we had install. There is a big decrease in heat and noise. My overall experience it was great.

The windows and doors are awesome, your installation crew was very efficient, professional, and pleasant. They cleaned up everything and did not damage anything.
