I felt great from the very first time I called I felt very comfortable and the follow up calls to confirm my appt really made me feel taken care of . Is really hard to get someone on the phone now days and a follow up call is almost non-existent. I confirmed I chose the right company for the replacement of my windows and doors when I met James Zirin who was not only on time but also was so pleasant, professional educated, patient, kind and really made me feel like family. Can't thank him enough for educating us and making the explanation process so easy and simple to understand. I am glad to have to have been helped by him and can’t wait for the final project to be completed . Thank you Paradise Exteriors and special thanks to James!

Apprehensive at first as it was a fairly big purchase - but the follow-up communication and adherence to all the estimated dates for each step in the 8-12 week process relaxed everything for us. We're very pleased with our installation and the efficiency of the crew that completed the entire job in less than 2 days. The guys worked as a real team! Problems: none that we know of other than 2 non-serious issues - some excess clear factory sealant squished out along the glass and the frames and 1 screen with a very small tear. I'd like to discuss these with your rep during our upcoming inspection. Nice windows!

Our rep came out on the Fourth of July and was never in a rush, extremely informative, and patiently covered every aspect of the company’s products, warranties and services details. Our windows have been installed and have that curbside appeal now!!

I already did refer your company to someone I met at Home Depot yesterday. As for the work done at my home, there are a few problems like a torn screen, loose screens, where the doors were screwed you can see the screws in the deep holes and a few other things. Also in my garage the workers moved my shelf from again the wall and it's extremely heavy and I have an injured back so no way for me to put it back and it was left blocking my door entering the garage from inside the house but other than that it was good. I really need someone to come back and correct these issues. Thank you.

Everything has been so well! We're are truly so thankful because it's been so cold and the windows are keeping our warm air conditioning inside. Usually my house would be freezing with our old windows. We are actually going to be getting further products from Paradise Exteriors in the new year!

My experience with Jesse Rivera was fantastic. He was on time, very patient and explained thoroughly everything. The company is lucky to have him as their employee. He is very professional and well mattered. My mama loves him. He also gives us the best deal there is, and his boss Mark was very helpful with the deal also. P.S.JESSE makes the best guacamole!

There was one small window that was the wrong window. Other than that there were no hiccups and I am pleased with the outcome! The installers were very good.
