We are very excited to have our windows from Paradise exteriors installed soon in our Paradise Home!! and ready for next hurricane season so far the sales rep Jesse Rivera has been very professional courteous and super knowledgeable about our project needs and he’s been very courteous with us. So I opened my front door and the most pleasant individual by the name of Rochet offered this company’s services. He was charismatic and genuine. I listened patiently and was so grateful that I did. We scheduled an appointment that same day and another young man by the name of Jordano came for the actual consultation. He was knowledgeable, thorough and answered the million questions that were thrown his way. His composure was calm and he explained everything to us. As he spoke, I researched them online and they had great reviews from the BBB and customers. I cannot wait for my hurricane impact windows to be installed. Will review that too! So far so good

Installation crew was timely, efficient, skilled and HIGHLY professional. The foreman for the crew was first rate, his management, documentation and thoroughness were magnificent. When the county inspector reviewed the paperwork, he commented that it was impressively prepared.

Justin was at my house right at the agreed upon time (10:00am). He gave us a very detailed presentation and let us know the features of the product with all the details required for us to choose from. Good job as a Salesperson! Now waiting for the company’s performance and the quality of the product....I hope that you can follow thru with the expectations set up by Justin.

They came and did the entire job in 2 days. The crew actually showed up early. Day 1 they took all the windows out and put the news ones in. Day 2 they took all the sliders and put the sliders in as well. The crew was VERY respectful to our house. They cleaned before they left each day, which I appreciated! We went to a home show locally and saw A bunch of window people but Paradise was in our Top 3 and the first to reach out! We love how special the windows are that Paradise provides... the tracks for the sliders that let water out!!! We've had to clean the track once. The windows are quiet and we no longer hear the garage man. Since we've had the windows installed we've saved about 20% on our electric bill PLUS we don't have to put shutters up lol.
