He is truly dedicated in working with you and is extremely honest and doesn't just tell you want you want to hear. We are so excited to be getting hurricane impact windows and door. Bill is an amazingly nice gentleman to work with. He completely educated us and treated us exceptionally nice. WOW! From the sales professional, James Zirin, down to the inside team (Kimberly, Lori, etc) to the ground crew with Franklin and his team - 100% PROFESSIONAL - ACCOUNTABLE - DETAILED ORIENTED. Paradise was referred to us by several friends who had used them - thankfully. James came to our home Friday night in Dec 2019 and 3.5 hours later after a COMPREHENSIVE & DETAILED sales presentation we just knew...we wanted the best, most cutting edge window technology and we knew this was it. Then came Covid-19...but Paradise never skipped a beat and kept calling me to keep me updated and timeline progression and handled the entire HOA & permitting process smoothly. --Then came Franklin and his team of 5 to our home - days later later everything installed and Franklin and his team were absolute GEMS and nothing but professional and highly skilled. They informed us what they were doing, why they were doing it and did a walk through afterwards. They covered our furniture and other things due to the dust. Everyone at Paradise I've talked to or I've engaged with is friendly and respectful. They go above and beyond to make sure you as the customer are happy. This company is professional and everyone is so nice. They answer all your questions and couldn't be more helpful. The product is exceptional quality. I would highly recommend if your thing about impact window's to call for an estimate. There's no pressure. The only concern I had was financial and they made it possible for me to get window's and be comfortable with the price.

I consulted different companies and decided to go with Paradise. The entire process was pleasant. Everything they promised in the video was true. What I liked most about the company was their weekly follow up calls regarding my job status. The initial time frame for install was 6-8 weeks and it ended up being more like 3 months, BUT that's honestly expected in the construction industry and it wasn't Paradise's fault! It was a quick install and the guys were very neat and cleaned up. All in all I would recommend Paradise for your home improvement needs!

I had hurricane glass installed in my house and I am very happy with the product and installation

I love my windows. Installers cleaned up and I had no problems. I can barely hear the outside street noise, the UV filter is great, and I now have more privacy at night. Everything went well and I’m passing their info along to a client.

Very satisfied with company and customer service from start to finish with the exception of one glitch. Our windows are supposed to be high wind storm impact windows. One of the windows was cracked before reaching our home. I'm really hoping this won't happen during a hurricane.
