EXCELLENTLY Reviewing Paradise Exteriors is challenging. There’s no short response since WOW – my windows aren’t installed! Referred to Paradise by a very satisfied customer whom I trust implicitly, I researched their very informative website. I first spoke with Yadira. She courteously, effectively, professionally yet warmly developed and further informed me. Half-heartedly I asked for a next day appointment. She quickly responded we’ll get someone there in early afternoon! Nick Morin, matching everyone’s dream marketing agent came timely, exuding warmth and expertise. Nick knows openings, windows and how to explain points of what Paradise offers, including their alternatives. He patiently helped me exactly understand what and how the windows will perform and how they will “pay for themselves,” measured, and finalized with higher-end windows at a lesser price! There's a distinctive FAMILY FEEL and TERRIFIC TEAMWORK at Paradise Exteriors! Nick treated me like a family elder. After the contract was signed, I ran into a snag re HOA approval, and when downpayment would be made – chatted with Carol in Finance who resolved that. Carol referred me to Brittany Kadoich, who heard the long version of challenges I was facing, then like a best friend reassured me saying “here we resolved problems!” We made a plan and I KNOW it will be carried out effectively! I’m telling others about Paradise Exteriors – and am sure to write another review after windows are installed!

the guys did good, cleaned up behind themselves, were very courteous. I had questions, and they did ok answering them. Excellent job, though!! highly recommend them!

What a very nice experience with Enzo Ocsas and Daniel Raz, they came out and showed me the importance of impact windows and all the features I did not know came with the newest type of impact windows. I'm getting my new windows soon thanks to their help and knowledge of using Ygrene as financing it will not hurt my budget and because of energy savings I actually will spend less paying for the windows than what my bills were before. I recommend Paradise to anyone who is looking to make their home more energy efficient and beautiful. They really pay for themselves.

Had the whole house done except front door. The windows are excellent, double hung which is such a treat. You can open them from top or bottom. House is so quiet now and can't wait for the insurance and A/C cost savings. Install was fast, 2 days. It was quite a bit more messy than I was expecting. Install team was efficient and professional. I think the usage of visqueen keep the dust through out the house undercontrol could have been much more effective if installs ran the visqueen to the ceilling and in order to seal off areas more effectively.

We are very pleased with our 24 new windows and 3 new doors from Paradise Exteriors. The installation team led by Will with his family was outstanding. They left the house clean and secure everyday. The installation was completed in three days and was better than we could ever imagine.

Overall, my experience was great and I'm very likely to recommend Paradise to a friend or family. There's a big difference in sound insulation and temperature control (both the cold and heat) and the air conditioning running. During the cooler period in Florida, we would have to pull out the quilts and blankets, especially if we were near a window. This year with the new windows, we didn't have to do that, as there was much better insulation than last year. I’ve noticed some cosmetic issues, such as plastic build up and bubbles around the shell of the window. I didn't notice this until I opened it recently. The installers were quick and efficient leaving very little mess.

The product is superior in every way. I purchased the hurricane windows from Justin Rodriquez. He is very reputable and service went very smoothly. They have a lifetime warranty. Durability, ease of use, pull in to clean, looks, energy efficiency. These windows and doors are air tight. Was very happy with product.

We ordered our windows and in less than 7 weeks they were installed. Great service and the installations team team (Osvaldo) was amazing. Overall experience was perfect. We shopped around and Paradise's quality of windows was superior over the other companies. I recommend Paradise Exteriors to whoever's need impact windows.

That's why I choose to do my reviews here. The Yelp reviews are just angry people who aren't willing to compromise or understand. But I have noticed that the reviews are due to sales tactics and sales pressures not related to any workmanship nor the products that they sells. Yes I admit the sales guys were very smooth and focus on Selling the product, integrity and all the accomplishments of the company before he even measures all my windows. At the end of the day I made a decisions not by emotions nor pressured by the sales guy because no one can make me believe that this quote is just for this day!!! Thousands of contractor out their you can hire and they all know that. Do your diligent research on the product they use or carry and the company itself not based on the sales guy. Angie's list, home advisor has great reviews. And also research the soft lite product integrity ( that's what they used). I will update my post upon completion. I have a condo that I'm tired boarding up during hurricane and few friends that very interested on replacing their windows but waiting for mine to finish to see the actual results if they up to what they actually claimed to be.
