Had a wonderful experience with Paradise. Communication was really good. I did have to have a couple windows serviced, but they were taken care of. Im happy with the windows and all the effort Paradise did to get these windows installed

After my windows were done all the stucco around the windows cracked and broke. It caused leaks in my house and caused damage. So they came out and redid the stucco and now it is a year later and having the same issues again. Spent a lot of money to have these issues.

In a disagreement with the company , the sales manager threaten to put a lien on my property even though the contact was completely paid, this shows they are predatory and allow their sales people to lie and fall back on, doesn't matter what we told you, its the contract you signed the first day.

Davin and Bobby showed up on time and efficiently replaced two windows. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I love my windows and would recommend this company to everyone.

Paradise Exteriors was a great choice for replacing my original windows. Very happy with the installation process and price. Two of the windows needed replaced due to issues from the manufacture, and they were quick to replace those. Would highly recommend.

We had our older (2005) windows replaced with all impact windows and sliding doors. Customer service is terrific. If there's a problem, it's addressed. (I found a few minor flaws after installation- no problem it will be taken care of). Workmen were polite, efficient, and cleaned up inside and out. Supply chain / materials issues did delay the process, but their service manager was on top of it and followed up all along the way. Recommend them.

The door was improperly installed, and now I'm getting charged $175 for them to come and see them. do not set the track on a perfectly flat surface. so now I have other problems and the tracks collapsed

Jeff Jackson did an amazing job. He was actually early for our appointment. He went over everything in great detail from start to finish and in layman terms. I was able to learn about the company history, accolades, experience as well as a detailed rundown of the process from end to end. They take care of everything and make the process so effortless and easy. Jeff was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable of his field of expertise. I was wary of the cost to transition to hurricane windows, however, the price beat our expectations in affordability. This was my first time looking into it and was sold immediately. We are excited and happy with our purchase and look forward to the upcoming project. We highly recommend this company and Jeff. Thank you!!

The installation was great, and I love my new windowsâ they make my home much quieter. I can hardly hear my neighborsâ dogs barking anymore.

My experience is not a bad experience but it wasn't at 100%. The timing was a little off took more time that I expected But in all in all Jerry in finance was on the money with his customer service He made my life much easier with paradise exteriors any question or concern I had he help me find the answer. Thank you Jerry for all your help.

After some initial contentions , Mitch Feingold was brought in and addressed and satisfied our concerns. We purchased our impact Windows with complete confidence that Mitch will follow our instillation process to completion. We greatly appreciate his attention to our needs

I recommend Paradise Exteriors highly. The service was outstanding. There were some issues with the initial installation, and inspector had to come back after these issues were resolved. Overall, they did a good job. The mason who came after the installation was particularly skilled.

The Paradise Team, from the person who measured our windows to the installation team, were very professional. Our new windows look great from both the inside and outside of our home. Without hesitation, we would recommend Paradise Exteriors to acquire and install your new storm windows.
