I'm 100% happy with Paradise Exteriors. The team and product were excellent. Installation guys and everyone that came by were awesome. They waited from 8am-3pm for inspector just before Christmas. They were 100% responsive and they did a better job than I thought they would do. There was a lot of dust in some of the installation areas, because there was drywall that had to be removed. They negotiated the price that I ended up being very happy with. Love the windows. I definitely would recommend them, not only because you guys did a great job, but I also know some contractors in the area.

Lazaro team was very fast, They work very well they keep the house clean, you can trust them. I recommend to any one that wants to install the windows and doors to hire this magnify team of trusty and very hard workers.

Awesome product that keeps out noise and the heat. Installers were polite. Gonna have the company come back and do a few doors. Highly recommended.

Excellent service!! Miles really impressed me as a sales rep. Did energy efficient windows and sliding glass doors with Paradise. Bugs & little geckos donâ t come in through these new windows like they did on my previous jalousie windows. Much quieter with these new windows. Glad to have hurricane & security protection now. I was extremely pleased with the arrival time, the professionalism, the tirelessly working without any breaks just 20 minutes for lunch then back to diligently working till the job was completed at 8:30 PM and all windows caulked, cleaned, debris and broken glass picked up and all excess materials were packed into truck and hauled away. I was very impressed, however, I do have some broken stucco on my house and the Styrofoam exterior decoration on house has been damaged when removing windows on front of house. Though the initial sales pitch is a bit too aggressive, the product, (Windows) and customer service are some of the best in the industry. After I ordered my windows the Paradise team kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was never in the dark as to where my order was from permits, manufacturing, delivery and installation. Great back end customer service.

Paradise exteriors did an amazing job on our windows and doors. They were fast, and they kept everything clean. The crew worked efficiently at getting everything in. Bill was a great sales man. my overall experience with paradise exteriors has been an absolute pleasure to work with! My sales person, Justin, was very knowledgable and friendly. I couldn't ask for anything better. Everything he said would happen, actually happened. It changed my whole house! My sliding glass door opens with one hand. Alexis' crew was absolutely fabulous, excellent, and very professional. I would personally want them back for my 2nd home installation! They were very respectful and informative. The presentation from the sales rep was beautiful too.

The windows are really nice. The installers come on time and made sure to put plastic on everything we had and tried to keep to the dust to a minimum lol!!

The guys that did the installation were excellent and do a wonderful job cleaning up. We're happy and everything is real good!

They came and did the entire job in 2 days. The crew actually showed up early. Day 1 they took all the windows out and put the news ones in. Day 2 they took all the sliders and put the sliders in as well. The crew was VERY respectful to our house. They cleaned before they left each day, which I appreciated! We went to a home show locally and saw A bunch of window people but Paradise was in our Top 3 and the first to reach out! We love how special the windows are that Paradise provides... the tracks for the sliders that let water out!!! Weâ ve had to clean the track once. The windows are quiet and we no longer hear the garage man. Since weâ ve had the windows installed weâ ve saved about 20% on our electric bill PLUS we donâ t have to put shutters up lol.

Although, they were great keeping us informed with the progress we believe the delay to get our windows was excessively long. Overall, we are very happy with Paradise and recommend them. The group of installers were very professional and pleasant. Our windows look beautiful! We are so pleased how they cleaned up so thoroughly.

The installation process was very smooth. I got my quote in September and they installed it in November and they did it all in one day. The worked worked around our furniture which was nice because we didnâ t have to move everything around. After that they helped me finance the project and the finance department was very supportive and inclusive. Iâ ve had no issues
