Installation crew was timely, efficient, skilled and HIGHLY professional. The foreman for the crew was first rate, his management, documentation and thoroughness were magnificent. When the county inspector reviewed the paperwork, he commented that it was impressively prepared.

Justin was at my house right at the agreed upon time (10:00am). He gave us a very detailed presentation and let us know the features of the product with all the details required for us to choose from. Good job as a Salesperson! Now waiting for the companyâ s performance and the quality of the profduct....I hope that you can follow thru with the expectations set up by Justin.

Everything about this transaction was excellent, from Mike the salesman to speaking with everyone I the office! Your installers were excellent! Professional, hard working, quality and just the best! Came right on time, got immediately to work, didnâ t leave till we understood everything about the windows! The windows are beautiful and very reasonable in price! We highly recommend them to our friends!!

They came and did the entire job in 2 days. The crew actually showed up early. Day 1 they took all the windows out and put the news ones in. Day 2 they took all the sliders and put the sliders in as well. The crew was VERY respectful to our house. They cleaned before they left each day, which I appreciated! We went to a home show locally and saw A bunch of window people but Paradise was in our Top 3 and the first to reach out! We love how special the windows are that Paradise provides... the tracks for the sliders that let water out!!! Weâ ve had to clean the track once. The windows are quiet and we no longer hear the garage man. Since weâ ve had the windows installed weâ ve saved about 20% on our electric bill PLUS we donâ t have to put shutters up lol.

I must say the installers were very professional the way they prepped my house before installing the windows and doors. The job was completed in two days and we were very pleased with the service.

We got over 17 windows/doors done by the company and they performed to our satisfactory. We had a overall good experience with everyone in the company from the service department, finance department and the people in the fornt.

Apprehensive at first as it was a fairly big purchase - but the follow-up communication and adherence to all the estimated dates for each step in the 8-12 week process relaxed everything for us. We're very pleased with our installation and the efficiency of the crew that completed the entire job in less than 2 days. The guys worked as a real team! Problems: none that we know of other than 2 non-serious issues - some excess clear factory sealant squished out along the glass and the frames and 1 screen with a very small tear. I'd like to discuss these with your rep during our upcoming inspection. Nice windows!
