Your staff is highly recommended from my stand view. The office staff stayed on top of everything and I truly appreciate it. the workers was patient and very nice also. as they were working, three person stop by to inquire. I leave on a corner lot and they too the number from the sign to give the company a call. I can go on and on because this is the very first time that I deal with a company so professional. I do have one more day for the installer to complete the job but through it all I can say that I'm very Pleased. Kudos to Paradise Exteriors, keep up the good works. My experience with Paradise Exteriors was excellent. Paradise Exteriors is the way to go for impact windows! My sales rep Justin Rodriguez gets an A+ from me--he was very very helpful. The installation crew was also excellent.

Very Professional and excellent follow-up

Paradise Team installed 9 vinyl impact windows. The team, from sales rep John, through installation and inspection, was very professional. I appreciated the regular status updates from the office. The installation team did a great job and left a clean work space. The product is energy efficient, rated by the national Crime Prevention Council and made in USA.

Install went smoothly. The installers were professional and courteous.

Just completed the inspection after the installation of our Paradise Exteriors impact windows. Very professional organization from the office staff to the install crew.

The installation went well. The two technicians were professional, thorough and did a fine job. Cleanup was good. I am very proud of my new windows and am appreciative of the option to finance the project. That was one of the big options for me. Before you all contacted me I had never heard of Paradise Exteriors but I am pleased to give great recommendations for your company

We acquired an estimate from PARADISE EXTERIORS Windows and Doors and signed with them for category 5 windows immediately. We cannot express how happy we are with or new look and upgraded windows. The installation crew were very professional and courteous going above and beyond what we expected while performing the job. We were very happy with the salesman and the thorough demonstration of the windows and how they are fabricated, installed and answered every question we had until we decided they were the windows we wanted for our home. I give them 5 stars+ , and we are living in Paradise without anymore more Hurricane shutters!

I called for an estimate. the quote process and agreement were smooth. Justin made sure that he had all of the doors and windows correctly selected that we needed for the house. They were able to measure our openings, get permitting handled quickly, and order all of our custom doors and windows. Communication through notifications never left me wondering where we stood in the process. The install was smooth and professional and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. House is now cooler, more quiet, and has a more modern-looking curb appeal! Couldn't thank your company enough.

Paradise exteriors is a good company if you are looking to buy hurricane impact windows! They kept me informed throughout the whole process. They left voicemails even if I couldn't be reached. The installers arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and was ready to work. They took their time and did an awesome job. They even notified my husband that one of our screens was defective and that they would inform the company to order a new one. After the installation they walked us around the house showing the windows and making sure they met our expectation. I really recommend paradise exteriors!
