Showed up for a blown capacitor and the guy “didn’t have one on his truck “. Then we spoke to the office and they said they wouldn’t charge for the time since he didn’t have the part. Next day they come out to change it. Charged for both days as well as overpricing the part by a lot. $150 for the capacitor which is like $15. $135 for each time they came out. Total of like $425. When I called the office the lady yelled at me and since I had two units installed by them I said I have done business with them in the past and I don’t feel like this is fair. She told me I haven’t done barely any business with them.

I have used the services of Panzer air conditioning for both my office and home for over 15 years. I recommend them to anyone who asks me and will continue to do so. Everyone of their technicians is very professional and very knowledgeable and comparing prices with other air-conditioning companies it’s always on the lower side. I highly recommend them to anyone who plans on using, replacing, or repairing their air conditioner.

Panzer performed our yearly maintenance on our AC in June. This included cleaning out the lines. In October we developed a leak under our unit. The service tech came out and cleaned out the lines again, for $135, but in three days the leak was back. At this time he said we needed to pull out the coil ($400+) because there must be a leak in the pan. . Our neighbor unscrewed the pvc fitting and found it almost completely blocked. He cleaned it out--no more leaks! Panzer also gave us a price on a new unit but the tech said we could only go up to a 14 seer due to space restrictions. Four subsequent companies told us there is plenty of room for a 16 seer and their price was comparable to what he quoted for a 14. We always though this was an honest company because the tech was "nice." That is NOT a reason for trust. I would not use them again..
Description of Work: Panzer A/C came out to clean lines to stop a leak below our air handler. The lines were NOT cleaned out.

They were supposed to get back to me about cost and I didn't hear from them for 2 days. When I called they claimed to have talked to my husband about it which they didn't. Then they wanted to charge me for the part which was under warranty. Finally they gave me an estimate for $1000 for labor and to replace the freon. When I called to clarify some things the lady in the office couldn't answer my questions and said someone would call me back the next morning. I never heard from them again. I had another company do the repair and they charged me $300 less.
Description of Work: AC was leaking and they came and did a leak check and added some freon. The technician told me the condenser coil needed replaced.
