+ 0 moreThey took a week to come after initially saying it would be done in a couple days. Due to slow workers it required they come back a second day. Then took them another month to come fix the lock so it would actually work—which was the whole point to begin with! It’s finally working but... The frame looks terrible, with several incorrect cuts and dents. The door seal also had to be fixed as light and air was visibly coming through. Overall, a terrible experience with a terrible installation to show for it.
Description of Work: After hurricane Irma, I needed a new door and door frame installed with a working lock.
