I was scheduled to move from New Jersey to Atlanta with Mission Moving on September 9th. Not only was my move delayed with no response from the company, the drivers forgot the legs to my bed, screws to my dining table and left a box of my valuables which I was told in the New Jersey warehouse. It is going on one month that I have missing furniture pieces and my valuables still not returned despite daily calls. I notified multiple people at the company that my box contains sensitive material including my personal identification and I needed this to work and to ensure my identity was not compromised. I was told by the broker moving company, Lifetime Moverz, that this would be delivered to me on three separate occasions. Each time the box was not shipped and I continue to be ignored by both Mission Moving and Lifetime Moverz. Additionally, I requested a copy of my bill as I was charged an additional $1,600 on my moving day and my belongings were held hostage until I paid. Despite this, I have received no bill and do not know what this extra money was for. The manager, Nate, is completely unresponsive once you make payment. My furniture was also broken upon delivery. This was been a very stressful situation and emotionally taxing. I urge you not to use this company, they are scammers!

it was terrible & to this date my belongings are in a storage in NJ with a company named Affordable moving & storage who they subcontracted out without notifying, telling or asking me!! When Affordable moving & storage finally 2 weeks AFTER date that belongings was suppose to be delivered they wanted money order BEFORE UNLOADING & I said I'd give them the money order AFTER my belongings were unloaded because I wanted to make sure nothing was missing &/or damaged so they did NOT unload my belongings & packed up & left while I was on phone calling pollice. The moving company wanted $2000 CASH (already paid $1400) not the $590 balance that was owed.. To this date I don't have my belongings & it is still being investigated. This COMPANY ON YOUR LIST DID NOTHING TO HELP & ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!

A Disaster. They gave me a lowball quote, then they jacked up yhe price 2 days before movers arrived, the movers then increased the price the day of the move. The movers themselves who I see are named in at least lawsuit paired with this broker ,had my large screen tv stolen or robbed and broke beyond repair my antique armoire yet did not discount the price of moving either piece. Unscrupulous and I am contemplating my own lawsuit against both entities!
