On February 25th, I found serious water penetration - water shooting from light fixtures, vents, out of electric sockets - the master bathroom on a DRY day. In a panic I called both the management company (They're getting a separate review!) and Mr. Fornelius. He said "I know what it is", came within 30 minutes and went straight to my roof. The water stopped pouring into my bathroom from the openings. Mr. Fornelius descended from the roof and apologized profusely for having caused this damage. I asked him whether I needed to call any other services to repair this obvious damage: he said: No. He went up into the attic with a towel. By the time he was contacted by the management company and the HOA, either he changed his story and denied that he had severed the condensation line from the HVAC unit which led to the deluge, or I live in a community where both the management company and the board are both negligent and irresponsibly incompetent. I am now dealing with remediation and restoration in a house that was only completely redone in 2013. The expense is mine. The aggravation is mine. The fault lies squarely with Mr. Fornelius.
Description of Work: Early February 2016, he was sent by my HOA to repair a persistent leak from a flat roof into the Master bath. The provider saw the wet trim and walls. He went to the flat roof and returned claiming 1) flashing repaired 2) my HVAC badly installed, mess on my roof 3) he held a white pipe in his hands he claimed was unnecessary.

Glenn came to my house and gave an estimate. His estimate was right on. His work was solid. The leak is gone and I would highly recommend his work over others in the area. He had excellent knowledge of the area and roofs. A true craftsman of his field. Was very personable.
