+ -1 moreFantastic experience and result. Scott came to give a quote and was thorough in explaining scope of work, grout sealant colors, timeline and success they have had with grout haze removal. We agreed on a date and luckily there was an opening three days after Scott’s visit. The team that came to complete the work were timely, professional and did a fabulous job. The tile floor which I never really liked looks brand new and had been given a new life!! If you want a professional company look no further.

+ 0 moreWe were very pleased with the entire process that took two full days. The project manager, Leo, and his team of four men were very professional and worked from 9:00 to 6:30- 7:00pm each day. They were extremely careful with the moving and replacing furniture. They were on their hands and knees painting/changing the color of the grout on almost 1900 SF of Mexican tile. We were impressed with the professionalism of everyone from the sales associate, Dilver, to Leo and his team, and the whole organization, which is why we would hire them again. KC Restoration was the most expensive estimate that we received, but we felt the most comfortable with their presentation, and we are very happy with the results.
Description of Work: ALMOST 1900 SF OF MEXICAN TILE CLEANED AND TILE COLOR CHANGED AND 6 COATS OF SEALANT WAS APPLIED.

+ -1 moreExcellent job. This is the second time I have used KC Tile Restoration. True to their word, their product has stood the test of time. Our floors in our previous house were cleaned and sealed 9 years ago and still look great. The gentlemen arrived promptly, described the process and provided a timeline for completion. In addition to the amazing job (deep cleaned the tile, re-grouted and sealed), they were mindful that we take pride in our home and they treated it with the same respect and care (clean mats on the carpet, taped off areas to prevent damage, etc.) I would highly recommend KC Tile Restoration.

+ -1 moreAmazing! I called somewhat panicked (shortly after hurricane Irma) and they gave me an appointment with the estimator the next day. He called the morning of the appointment to ask if he could come earlier. He was able to set up the installers within the next week. These men also called to ask if they could come early. They worked hard and fast and professionally and were done in a few hours. Some reviews have said they are a little pricey, They are worth more because you get more. They call back, come on time and do it beautifully the first time. That has a lot of value. After they had gone I called the company with a question about setup time. The person answering the phone was not sure, so she put the owner on the phone to talk to me. They really do rate the Super Service award. I wish they did every kind of home repair.
Description of Work: I had 18 large ceramic tiles tented from my foyer to my kitchen. I also had a cracked tile in a different area removed and replaced. They had to remove clean and reset all of the tiles (only one couldn't be salvaged, but I have extras)

+ 1 moreFernando oversaw the job and Jose was the leader of the project. Jose and his two helpers were fantastic. On the first day, they moved all the furniture, covered it with plastic, covered all of the new baseboard with plastic, as well as covered our built in entertainment center with plastic. By hand, they dug out and removed all of the old grout. Then they re-grouted all of the effected areas. They then moved all of the furniture back to where it was. Five days later, Jose and his crew came back and hand-sealed all of the grout lines with two coats of sealant after they first cleaned all of the tile. They were friendly, professional, took pride in their work, and were fantastic to work with.
Description of Work: We recently had new floors put down in our home by a contractor we had previously used. Almost 1,000 sq feet throughout the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, and laundry room. The grout job was absolutely awful. Complete rush job, sloppy, and disgusting. The grout was different colors throughout the home, cracking in certain areas, and was different depths throughout the home. It was unacceptable. We called KC Tile and was extremely impressed by their professionalism and their course of action to fix our nightmare. Fernando, the project manager, spent several hours at our home over the course of two days, explaining how he would fix the grout issues with my wife and I. He brought several samples of grout with him and made sure his most experienced guys would be on the job. We even received a call from the owner of the company himself. We put our faith in KC Tile and they did not disappoint. They turned our nightmare grout and floors into a dream, a very happy ending.

Crews very courteous and protective of your furniture, etc. Second time using them. Once almost 10 years ago for outdoor lanai tile replacement. They are the real deal. You won't be disappointed.

David (Crew Leader) and Marcio arrived 15 minutes early and as soon as they began they never stopped working until the work was completed. David is a fantastic Crew Leader and Marcio was terrific too. Extremely professional, good communication skills, very polite, very thorough, and the quality of the job was outstanding. We had a few broken tiles which they fixed and one in particular was very bad. We didn't have any tiles to replace the bad one but they were able to repair it to our utmost satisfaction. Note: My husband and I moved the majority of the furniture prior to KC Tile arriving so they didn't have to spend a lot of time moving the furniture.
Description of Work: Cleaned entire house floor tiles, fixed broken tiles, injected hollow tiles in kitchen area, sealed entire tile floor grout.

They moved all furniture, cleaned the tile, and painted grout lines in my preferred color. They did a great job, and the floors are beautiful. They also provided a gallon of maintenance cleaner and some grout touch-up paint. In light of their care and professionalism, I wholeheartedly recommend KC Tile.

My wife and I were both pleased about it They were professional and came they said they were. they had a big checklist about how they were going to move the furniture and all that stuff They did follow that and asked for our feedback while they were here to make sure everything was fine. They finished the job within the estimated amount of money and time. We would recommend them as a matter of fact. We are pleased about it. It was a little pricier than I expected, but we didn't do a lot of price shopping after we saw they had good recommendations from Angie's List. They were very responsive. They came when they said -- the time of day as well as the day -- and they actually finished in less time. It was, like, a day and a half instead of two full days, so that was great. They were very professional.
Description of Work: We actually did them recently after checking their credentials and ratings on Angie's List. They did a whole restoration, if you will, you know, cleaning, buffing and polishing our stone floors.
