Description of Work: The workers were on time professional and worked very hard. They made sure to keep my house clean while they were working. We had multiple companies make bids and found no one measurement and estimate were close. Anywhere from $1,200.00 to $3,000.00, so I started calling Angie's List recommended contractors. It just gave me peace of mind.

Description of Work: They cleaned a portion of our kitchen tile and grout to demonstrate the improvements in appearance. We decided not to use their service (which was very reasonable in price) since the tile appears to be worn rather than in need of cleaning and resealing of the grout.

Description of Work: Leo, the crew leader, and Elman and Gabriel, the workmen, actually came ten minutes early. They were supposed to come at 8:30 and were at my house at 8:20. How often does that happen, especially in South Florida. A good start for what turned out to be a very good day. | They were very professional and pleasant and very careful about moving furniture into the garage and porch to get it off tile floors. Whole house except two bedrooms has tile floors. They even tightened a couple of loose screws on my dining table legs before moving the dining table. They also put a drop cloth on my laminate floors in bedrooms before moving cleaning machine into adjoining bathrooms to clean bathroom tile. | They showed me several choices of grout color. Originally thought I would go with buff (which was on the floor) or change color to antique white, but heather matched my tile even better. | In addition to cleaning floor and applying two coats of grout colorant and sealer, they replaced two squares of badly chipped tile and magically fixed a few other minor cracks and chips. | When job was done, before 3 pm they carefully moved all furniture back into place. | Floors look absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend using KC Tile!! |

Description of Work: Resurfaced white porcelain bathtub. Still looks good after more than nine months. Don't recall the exact price, a couple hundred dollars, but felt it was reasonable to have a clean, presentable tub again.

Description of Work: Tile and grout cleaning. Sealed grout. Only hick up was a scheduling snafu. I think salesman passed along wrong date. We got through it. Work was done as promised. Friendly crew, professional attitude. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: K.C.Tile cleaned all of the tiles and regrouted our master bath shower. They also sealed the grout. Two gentlemen showed up slightly early and worked until job finished. Had to return after 3 days to actually do the between tile grouting. Finished that in about 2 hours. Cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. Would absolutely have them do another job for me.

Description of Work: They did a bad job. I got an estimate for color sealing the grout on the 1st floor of my house, re grouting and caulking my bathrooms. On the scheduled date I was told that they were only going to clean the tile and refused to color seal it. | |The master bathroom was only partially regrouted and the grout used didn't match the grout that wasn't replaced. | |The other bathrooms were not regrouted but only acid washed and the caulking put around the tubs are now peeling up. | |The price paid was not what was agreed upon and when asked to come back and fix the job, I was told that they would do so when they were in the area again. They never came back.
