Description of Work: This company came and did an excellent job. They were prompt and very courteous. They moved my furniture carefully and returned it when the floor dried. Dave and Franceso were great, and I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: The sales man was prompt. He did not have all the grout colors and made a selection but told me the service men would have more colors on the truck to choose from. The service men came and used the dark grout color that the sales man had selected. They said it would dry lighter. By the time the color dried the house was finished and the color was a gray that made the grout look dirty. The reason I wanted the grout colored was that the looked dirty. After discussing with the service men and their boss they said it would be another $200.00 to recolor the grout. I paid the extra to get the color correct but I wasn't happy. If you use them make sure you have them put the color on a dark area of the room and wait until it dries before you allow them to complete the job.

Description of Work: We had them clean 2 houses...both were beautiful when they were done.

Description of Work: The Master Bath shower stall in my 2 Br condo (in South FL) had considerable cracked and missing caulk and grout, which was allowing the water to egress onto the bathroom floor in spots. Likewise, there was mold/mildew build-up under some of the caulk and in some of the grout. KC Tile Restoration came out in two phases: 1st day to completely clean/acid-wash the shower tile and grout, as well as clean-out and remove the old, moldy caulk and broken grout. Several days later (so everything could dry properly) they came back, re-caulked the whole bottom "shower pan" and "dressed" all the grout and tile.........WHAT a transformation!!! I had originally thought about just replacing the whole stall, to include re-tiling, but when Scott Josephson (the Operations Director) came out to assess and estimate the job, he convinced me that they could return it to a very presentable state; not brand-new, but "like new". So, I agreed and to sweeten the pot, he gave me a discount for selecting them from Angie's List. The job took two separate visits (one day each visit), and I couldn't use the shower in between the visits, or for 48 hrs after the final visit, so the caulk and grout could cure; this wasn't a problem for me, since I have a full guest bathroom. Bottom line is that the whole crew, from Scott to Ken Colson (the owner) and Kevin Rubio (lead technician on the team), KC Tile Restoration was courteous, prompt, efficient and did a fantastic job, which saved me three or four times the money I would've spent on putting in a new shower stall and tiling it. Great job folks; I look forward to when you can help me again!!!

Description of Work: Removed grout from walk in shower. Re-grouted shower. Workers were on time, neat, and did a good job.

Description of Work: Had just bought a four year old condo and tile and grout looked old and grout had never been sealed. Our team was EXCELLENT! Dilver was the lead along with Franklin and Jose. They helped us pick out the best grout sealer, applied grout to some areas in two showers, fixed a chip in a travertine floor in master (you would have to look real hard to find it now), and did a special wash of the tile. I am very particular and had concerns about what most would probably consider a few minor areas that I wanted another little bit of coating. Those young men were notably patient, responsive, and respectful. The floor looked stunning after the wash and seal and I am extremely happy. I give the highest marks to KC Restoration and to Dilver, Franklin, and Jose.
