Description of Work: Excellent service by the employees, all were very polite and arrived on time and finished on time.All work was discussed before they began and they showed us the finished results and did a very concise walk thru. Very impressed.

Description of Work: They replaced 9 cracked tiles, cleaned all tile in foyer, family room, kitchen, breakfast room, and hall; then they stained/sealed all the grout lines a different color which I picked out. Since I had trouble deciding which of 2 colors to use, the worker gladly painted around a whole tile for each color to help me decide. They Did a great job. If the grout color is durable I will be very pleased and only time will tell. My only somewhat negative comment is that they all seemed somewhat fixated on the cost, bringing it up during initial call, when worker came to provide estimate and again as soon as the workers arrived to do the job. I wAs left feeling they they were worried that I wouldn't pay! Otherwise, it was a professional, high quality , if pricey, job. I will use them again.

Description of Work: They regrouted a shower and bathroom floor and repaired tile and grout on an enclosed deck. They miscalculated the number of damaged tiles, how to remedy, etc. on the deck. I had to spend weeks locating new materials and schedule additional work. This is their area of expertise, so I expect that they know and do their jobs.

Description of Work: I called this company for help with repairing the damaged finish on a marble shower, caused by a cleaning company's chemicals. The phone person was pleasant, but when I described the problem, she quickly said that they have a $395 minimum, and she seemed to have lost interest in my business. I replied that it seemed like a high minimum, but it's a big shower and the cleaning company that caused the damage is paying for the repairs and I wanted the job done right. She said she would arrange a time for an estimate and get back to me. I never heard from this company again, so clearly my impression was correct - they didn't want my job. It's rather curious, since the website says "no job is too large or small for our crew". I am disappointed, as I had hoped to use this company. I would have given them an "F", but with so many good reviews here, they must be a decent company -- but one that has no interest in what they think (sight unseen) is too small a job. By the way, it's a very large shower, and I am sure it would have been above their minimum.

Description of Work: Repaired the buckled tile floors.

Description of Work: KC re-grouted my master bedroom shower and replaced some cracked tiles. They also cleaned the shower door and tiles to the point that the shower looked almost brand new. Their professionals were all courteous, prompt and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: When salesman came to estimate it went well. The workers that came by were very professional and timely. Within 2 days, the grout on the kitchen floor was flaking in some spots. KC Tile sent someone over and they fixed it but told me to expect more of the same problem. The floor wasn't "solid" and the grout probably wouldn't stay in place. I called the owner KC to ask for help in resolving this. He asked me if on the initial visit if the floor was "tapped" with a stick to determine if floor was in condition. No one ever did. He explained that if the problem continued, either certain sections would have to be "re-tiled" that is if I had any extra of the tiles or the entire floor would have to be taken up to be fixed and then tiled. Both options are expensive, and I felt ripped off for the $500 since then cleaned and re-grouted but a new problem and ugly looking grout resulted. He continued on telling me about "my problem" and that they would not come out to fix any loose grouting in the future. Very very disappointing. I was so upset - $500 is a lot of money to me. He just kept on telling me he would not fix it and into a lengthy explanation of how much it would cost to fix it. I hung up on him. He called me back and left a voicemail about how rude I was. Well, he's $500 richer for it and I have a floor that is totally unsatisfactory.

Description of Work: We have used KC Tile a couple times to clean our floor tiles and grout. They have always done a fantastic job and is reasonably priced. I called them last week to look at my granite countertop and determine if it was discolored or damaged. Unfortunately, my granite is damaged and they cannot do anything to help me. They did not charge me a service, which I truly appreciate it! If I ever have any more countertop or tile problems, they will always be called.

Description of Work: Excellent work. Team arrived on time, fully prepared to begin the job of cleaning and polishing the marble floors. Move all the furniture, prepared the baseboards and moved from room to room quickly leaving a great looking floor behind.
