Moved into a new house and tile grout was discolored, probably builder's tile installer didn't clean grout bucket from one job to next. Found K-C Title Restoration in local advertisement. Company moved all my furniture and washed the entire floor and painted over the existing grout. After all these years, still looks great.

The2-man crew arrived 1 minute after the beginning of the stated time window. They were extremely careful workers, and very polite.They finished about 20 minutes after I had expected based on what the estimator said, but I think that was because there were quite a few chips to be touched up, and an area under the refrigerator that required a lot of elbow grease but still could not be cleaned (it's some sort of acid etching, we think.) The floor looks like new, and we had thought we would have to replace the tile due to what looked like surface wear. We will have them return shortly to complete the remaining 2 rooms.

I'm not sure why they did not follow up.

They did a great job. All the employees worked very hard. The owner came back to check the finished product.

I was bothered by their requirement of a $100 deposit in order to set an appointment. Oh well. All went well until about 3 hours after the crew left. The crew leader called and asked if he could stop by and pick up another check... he lost it! We called the bank and placed a stop payment and re-wrote the check minus the bank fee, he picked it up and left. About an hour later he called and asked if he could bring the second check back and keep the first... he found it. I said no. I only hope they fired the guy.

The salesman Rob was polite, punctual and responsive. The owner Kenny usually seemed mildly irritated and referred my calls to Rob. The actual guys that performed the work barely spoke a lick of english and did a very poor job. The floor only shined in some areas and didn't shine at all in other areas. We had about a dozen holes that needed filled that were left over from the tack strips. The workers just slapped them with some sort of gray putty that has since fallen out and peeled up from most of the holes. I called the company while the workers were still present and Rob came over immediately and had the workers redo the whole thing. It looked better afterwards, but since then like I mentioned above, the putty has fallen out. Also, the bedrooms hardly have any shine and the walls were splattered with some sort of liquid throughout the bedrooms and hallways. Overall the company was very responsive and apparently interested in customer satisfaction but unfortunately need to hire and or train their employees better. We have since decided just to patch the holes ourselves and probably have another company redo it in a year.

They sent 3 guys. They were right on time. Together they finished the entire job in one day.

The grout sealant can be selected from a list of 30 or more colors. I was very pleased with the outcome. The tile in our kitchen/family room is more than 16 years old. Now it looks like new! The crew was professional, polite, & efficient.

A representative came to my house, measured my floors, and gave me an estimate. When I was ready to have the work done, I called to schedule the work. They were able to schedule me right away and explained what would happen. The two-man team arrived on time and moved my furniture out to my covered lanai. Heavy furniture such as my china cabinet was left in place. Then they prepped by putting up plastic so that my counters, appliances, walls, and furniture wouldn't get wet. They thoroughly cleaned my Mexican tile floors, getting off the grime that had permeated the porous surface (Mexican tile doesn't have a nonporous surface like ceramic tile) and applied a new, clean coat of finish. They also gave me a big jug of the cleaner they recommend I use. I have a lot of Mexican tile in the house, and it was so good to have clean, shiny floors again. I highly recommend this company.

I am extremely satisfied with the work. My floors look brand new. They moved the furniture but my husband and I had to move small items to facilitate the job. They were neat, punctual, very professional, and courteous.

They charged $450 and they did my living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom. They acid-washed the tile, sealed it and touched-up the color. Later, they re-sealed it. They moved all my furniture, except the big pieces. All I had to do was move the big pieces of furniture and they would come out, to do the work for me. The guys were wonderful. They completed the work in three hours. They even moved the furniture back. I?ll definitely hire them back again.

The two gentlemen that came moved all the furniture themselves. They did great work, they were courteous, friendly, and completely cleaned up after themselves. Lastly they were very professional on the job.

Salesman showed up on time for the quote and explained in detail the full process and what would be done. Workers (2) showed up on time on the scheduled dates (2 day job) to do the work. They showed real attention to detail in all aspects of the jobs: prep work, repair work and cleanup. Workers were pleasant and very interested in making sure I was a satisfied customer. Floor looks better than new. My only regret is that I waited so long to have the work done.

They did a wonderful job; were punctual; courteous; and professional. The furniture was moved out of the way and replaced exactly where it belonged. I would recommend KC very highly and will certainly use them again.

They've done some work regrouting my bathrooms as well. I'm not very fond of the owner, he doesn't seem very nice sometimes. He can be very short. I did have some problems with them. The second time i used them they stripped and sealed my Mexican tile. The guy who stripped it was very neat and clean. But he put a fan in front of the fireplace and all the soot went on the wet seal and he had to re-do it. The workers are always very nice. They're a decent company, the guys who work there are very nice and pretty good. I only have a problem with the owner. You kind of have to pester them with some things.

Rob came in as scheduled for an estimate. The estimate covered cleaning & sealing of the marble floors, as well as re-grouting of the master bathroom. He could schedule the floor job within 3 days, but I decided to postpone the grouting job until later. His crew came in as scheduled and spent about 6 hours to get the job done with excellent results. They were careful in moving furniture around and put everything back in place once they were done. The job included a free gallon of marble cleaner. I'll hire them again to do the grouting job.

Co. did an excellent job. They called to confirm the appt. Two very nice, polite young guys came in, moved all the furniture out. Worked very hard. The floors looked like brand new when they left. Highly recommend.
