Everything with the job went out alright. The only thing we did not expect was that; we had to put on a coating on the tile after they clean it and restore it, so we did not get that done yet. We are going to get that after a month or so other than that everything went fine. There was no problem from their behalf. I am blind, so I don’t deal about the money part of it. I think it was reasonable in comparison with other people. We kept them back more than they kept us back. There were other jobs going on in the house, so they couldn’t come in the day they said they wanted to come and get it done, so we sort of pushed them back from their schedule. They did a good job other than that. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

The men were on time, reviewed what they were to do and covered flooring other than tile to protect it. After they were done, they had me inspect the job to make sure I was satisfied. I was very pleased with the results, and although I thought the price a little high, would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

I used this company due to ratings on Angies list and from personal referrals. Company seemed off to a rought start for me because estimator that came seemed preoccupied, rushed and disinterested in providing estimate. He did not explain what could be done nor recommended any services that are available to to make the floor look better. I got a second estimate from a competitor who was excellent and totally explained everything for a half hour. I called KC tile back and explained what the other estimator said and I was referred to the general manager who came to an agreement with me to provide comparable services. I shouldnt have had to explain to the company what I wanted, I expected them to be the experts to tell me what I can do for the floors. I went with KC tile though only because of the personal referrals that said they do a good job. The actual technicians that came to clean the floors were excellent. They arrived on time ready to work and explained throughly what was going to be done. They also were very thorough on helping me pick colors for the grout. The team leader was super patient and professional and helped make suggestions before the job started to make sure it would be done right. The final result was excellent, the floor looks brand new and satisfied with the result.. If it weren't for the personal referrals though, I would had stopped with this company after the terrible estimator who, considering is representing the company on the front lines, should have been more professional and been able to provide more explanation as to what services can be planned.

They did a very good job. They were very clean and neat. I would recommend them. They did the work very quickly as well. Two years later the grout is still clean.

The whole job went smoothly. First, I was able to schedule an appointment with Phil for an estimate on the same day I called.. Phil was very nice and explained the process completely. He gave me a written estimate and said I could probably have the work done within the next week or two. After I decided to go with K.C. Tile Restoration, I was given an appointment for July 3 and mentioned that if anything opened up earlier I'd take it. On June 28 I received a call from the owner, K.C., who said they had a last minute cancellation for the next day. I really appreciated this extra effort! The next day, Luis and Leon showed up exactly on time and went over everything they'd be doing. They were friendly and professional--even to my somewhat annoying puppy who wanted to play! They painted some sample grout colors and helped me select the best ones for each room. After that, I left them to work their magic. When I got back a few hours later, I could not believe how great the floors looked! Not only were they spotlessly clean, but the grout matched my tiles perfectly. It was as if I had all new floors installed. I highly recommend this service to anyone whose grout has discolored over the years.

The entire experience went very poorly.

The workers arrived on time, showed me what they were going to do. We agreed on sealed sheen and they moved all furniture. They called 40 minutes before they were done. I inspected job and paid them.

I can't believe how great of a job they did. Everyone who sees it asks if we replace the tile. I highly recommend them.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The two young men were knowledgable and polite. They were upfront with everything that they did. They were efficient and clean. They were very punctual. They did an excellent job I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The price was good, it wasn't the least or highest price. The gentlemen I spoked to came out with the employee to make sure everything was going right and came at the end. He didn't just sell it, he came at the beginning and the end and did some follow up.

Overall, the two guys showed up on time and worked hard for the entire day. The floor looks great! Thought the job was done very good and have no complaints.

Overall, I was pleased. Workers were polite and pleasant. They checked thoroughly for any damage prior to performing work. However, when I pointed out dings on walls behind doorknobs (upon completion), was told they were there before job began (they were not as place had just been painted a few days before). So, if you are getting work done by them, I would suggest you protect your walls behind your doorknobs. Were also supposed to move fridge and grout under it, but workers made the decision not to. A few minor smears of grout on baseboards that will need to be touched up.

It went very well. The crew (2 guys) arrived right on time and began working immediately, The job exceeded our expectations and took roughly 2 hours. After the work was done the tile and grout looked great.

The company was very professional. The workers were prompt, polite, and efficient. There was great care taken when they had to move and replace my furniture. The whole process was flawless from the time they came and gave me an estimate, when the owner came and checked on the progress of the job, and all of the final details. I would very highly recommend anyone to use this company.

Our experience with KC Tile was very positive, from the in home estimate to the service itself. Our tile and grout look amazing. It's as if we have brand new floors. I would absolutely recommend KC Tile and will be using them again in the future.

The request for an estimate was answered and performed very timely. Rob Bollella, the estimator, showed up on time and gave us a quote. Since it was only $ 20.00 higher than the next better vendor, we decided to go for KC Tile since they had done a good job before. A crew of 3 people came in on the agreed day and worked from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm to diamond-grind our marble floor, fill in the holes (plenty of them!) and seal them. They moved all the furniture and we are very happy with the results! The floor looks almost like new! You get a better price if you opt for paying by check or cash as compared to using a credit card.
