They came on date I expected. On time, did the job to perfection and left.

They were on time and got to work right away. Everything looks good.

Excellent response time and follow up. They called me when they were on their way and arrived at the exact scheduled apptmt time. The tile floor looked brand new when the job was completed. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed with the results. The company stands by their work and provides a 10 year warranty against chipping, peeling and staining.

The workers were on time and only stopped for lunch. They could not have been any nicer and respectful and helpful, for once a perfect came out.

The manager of KC Tile was rude, crude, impolite and downright unfriendly attitude when asked to change service to 2 items instead the 3 originally quoted; and have the 3rd item done in 2 months. Their answer was No! They wouldn't come until they could do all the work they quoted at the same time! (So I have to live with a hole in my floor and ceiling until I'm ready to have another floor buffed?!) When I asked for my deposit back Bill said, "No, that's not the way it works!" They kept my deposit and would not schedule the work for the 2 items I needed done now! I found another company that sent out 2 guys the next day, who were professional and polite! I'd rather work with a company like All Marble Restoration, who puts their customers needs first! When we're ready to have all the marble floors cleaned and buffed we'll be calling them not KC Tile! They can keep my $100 bucks...thieves!

The gentlemen that came were on time. They explained the work to me reviewing everything that would be done. This included the removal of furniture and carpeting to clear the way. When job was competed by Luis and Steven, I was pleasantly pleased at the hard work they completed and how well it was done. Upon completion they moved furniture back and explained how to maintain the look of the tiles. Could not have asked for anything more.

Kevin and his 3-person crew arrived promptly at the appointed time. All were polite, friendly and professional. They set to work removing furniture, masking around items that were not moved, cleaning and drying the floors, and applying sealant to the grout. They worked hard in the master shower to make it sparkle. By mid afternoon, they had replaced the furniture and were completing their cleanup. Great communication throughout the process. We are quite happy with the result - the floors/grout did not look this good when the house was new.

Three workers arrived on time on the date we picked, and again explained everything that they would be doing. We were impressed by their professionalism, and by the way the job turned out. They had alot of furniture to move, but they had no problem handling this chore, and when they finished, everything was put back in place. The job looks incredible, and my neighbors looked at it and thought we put in new flooring and shower tiles. KC Tlle did a wonderful job from start to finish. They were prompt in responding to my request for an estimate and were able to come out to do the work within about a week of the estimate. The gentlemen who did the work showed up on time and were so nice to work with. They were very polite and respectful of my home and belongings. They were very patient in assisting me choose a grout color I would be happy with and they accomplished the job within the amount of time they said they would. They also put all the furniture back where they found it - not a nick or scratch on anything. They cleaned up after themselves once the job was complete and made sure I was happy with the finished job. It was a pleasure to hire a company that does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and for a very reasonable price. That is't easy to come by. Thank you, KC Tile! Good job! Stone looks great! A little disappointed in the time it took to complete job. I think 2 men was not enough so the job took 12 hours, over 2 days. Too long for me.

The two men that came to our home were on time, efficient, well informed and friendly. They took time to explain the process to us, covered the walls and sliding glass door so as not to damage anything in our newly remodeled game room. We would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them again.
