The Salesperson who gave the estimate was very professional, workers who did the job were excellent, and professional. Everyone came on time.

They were excellent. They were here on time and very professional. They worked continuously and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite as well.

I was very disappointed. If you look at their website, the pictures indicate they can restore tile to like-new appearance. When I called, they told me they could not work on any tile smaller than 4x4. Well, both bathrooms have 1 square inch tile floors so I already knew they couldn't help me there. When I showed Rob my shower, he didn't seem too enthusiastic. He mentioned using caulk in a lot of areas but I really wanted the grout renewed and the cracked tiles replaced. He also stated he could do nothing about the tilt of the sill in the window that gathers water when I shower. The total price quoted was about $700 so I elected not to have anything done. I will probably have my shower retiled. Also, Rob called me and didn't leave a message. I called back to find out who called me and he said he was hoping he could stop over earlier then the time arranged. I agreed, (although a little inconvenient) and he showed up about 15 minutes early.

Arrived exactly on time both days. They were professional and cleaned area after work completed. The job turned out better than expected and sorry we didn't have it done sooner. Would definitely recommend this company for tile restoration.

OMG what an AMAZING job they did! Originally I wanted to replace the tile in my new home but couldn't afford to do that so I contacted KC Tile Restoration and got an estimate. I was kinda skeptical about the whole process but went ahead and scheduled the service. The UNBELIEVABLE work that they did in restoring my tile was nothing short of a miracle! I look like I have a BRAND NEW floor! I have been getting compliments left and right whenever someone walks through the door and sees the tile! I can't stop RAVING about KC Tile Restoration! You guys saved my home from looking like railroad tracks! What a FANTASTIC job they did and I will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks again for an amazing experience! Your staff was also top notch!

Rob came out to do the very detailed estimate. Job was done on time and budget. We needed one last spot cleaned so I called and they came back the next day. Perfection!

Workers were punctual, polite and very professional. A friend of mine had their floors done and because they were so pleased I went with KC which was a little higher priced than another vendor. They did an excellent job on the floors which look beautiful.

GREAT!!! We would absoluetly use them again. A crew of 3 showed up on time, and during the first day, their supervisor showed up for a spot check to see how the work was progressing. Day 2 to dry, and day 3, they were on time and done by 130pm. Everything back in place. Our floors look amazing! Just like new!!

We called to get a quote and they came to the house on time. The day they were going to start the job two workers showed on time and prep the space to be polish by covering walls, appliances etc. They were very professional and did the job very nicely. They explained how to take care of the marble and finished the job in 1.5 days. I would recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.

They came right on time, four service men Ito do the work described. Removed the majority of my furniture and put on patio. They were very polite, professional and very careful. They smiled so much, you can tell they love their work and all get along very well, made me feel very relaxed.

I had them restore the tile, which I hated, in my whole house. She had three young guys come in, they did everything that they said they would. My husband came home and said it looked great. Lisa came over to give me a quote, and was totally professional and knowledgeable. I would hire them again.
