I had them come out and check each tile. They have a hydrolic system where they cut through the grout and go underneath the tile and add more glue. They did this to all of the tiles and also reinstalled the tiles that popped up. They were very careful with the tiles since we did not have any replacement tiles to use. I was very impressed by the work and the procedure they used to do the work. Everything they did was perfect. The workers showed up on time and did absolutely great work. The owner even showed up a couple of times to check in on the work.

Crew of six men including crew supervisor. Fantastic job, clean up and time doing job. All done in 1 day. Team supervisor was courteous and answered all questions.

It all looks wonderful! Originally contacted KC Tile only for cleaning and sealing grout in the kitchen area. Phil explained that they have not had good results with clear seal, and so only use color seal now, which comes with a 10 year guarantee. However, because the color would not match exactly, all open areas with the same tile should be sealed. They would move all furniture prior to cleaning, and replace it when finished, although all breakable items would have to be removed by us first. Any pieces of furniture that we did not want moved, (heavy china cabinets, bookshelves, etc,) they would protect and work around. Also wanted marble bathroom vanity cleaned and polished. After getting a couple of other estimates, we decided we should also redo the grout in one of our bathroom shower, so Phil came back out to measure and that work in his original quote. The final quote came in about $300 less than the other company we were considering - mainly because of the marble and shower. We scheduled the work to be done the same week. Three workmen arrived right on time, and were very polite and courteous. The foreman, Dilvor, explained the entire process to me again, and then asked me to approve the color seal that we had previously chosen. Perhaps because he applied in on a very dirty grout line (the reason we were having it cleaned and sealed) the color looked very bright to me, and I was very hesitant to approve the color. Dilvor very patiently brought in several more colors that they had in the truck, for me to compare. He even waited for me to call over a neighbor to get another opinion. In the end, we went with the color that had been originally selected. Once the entire room was sealed, it looks just great. They did a great job on everything. The marble vanity looks almost brand new, and the shower is bright and white once again. And the grout in the kitchen is beautiful. They also left us a small amount of "touch up" sealant in case we move any furniture later on, as well as a gallon of their own all purpose cleaner. Finally, we were told that there is a minimum charge of $395, for any work. We were also told that if we sell the house, they will come back, after all the furniture is moved out, and seal the areas underneath furniture that we didn't move.

THey were right on time and are very neat. Connected what was done. I will never have anyone fix - repair etc if they they're not recommended from you.

I work for a restaurant in Coral Springs and we asked KC Tile Restoration to come out to resurface our bar top, our bathroom counter tops and replace some grout on the floor. They came out promptly to speak with the owner of the restaurant and immediately scheduled the time for the service and took a credit card for the down payment. The crew came out and semi-buffed the bar, replaced some but not all of the grout but didn't have the capability to do the bathroom countertops. The bar top looks the same as before they did the work and the grout is only half way done. We called them, the owner of KC Tile came out and agreed that the work wasn't up to par. When asked how to "fix" the bar they sent us another proposal for an additional price but we decided to wait on that due to unsatifaction with the current job. Our credit card statement shows they've charged the full amount on invoice, even though they did nothing to the bar, the grout looks half done and the bathroom countertops weren't touched. *Update: After speaking with the owner of the company again, he sent his estimator back out to speak with my boss. They agreed upon an action plan and the next day their workers were back out. They repolished the bar and grouted more of the tiles. The work is now satisfactory. We appreciate them being willing to correct the work.

All went well except saying "well move the furniture". Where? Good thing we had a garage and 2 carpeted rooms or we would have had to cancel.

They came on time and did the work very professionally. Price is a little high. They came back to re-touch some areas but overall service was very good.

There were 3 worker. They quickly moved out all the furniture and then worked on the tile. They were professional and worked quickly. We would us KC Tile again.

The job was wonderful. The man who did the estimate showed up on time. The two men who did the job were friendly, efficient and very professional.

An estimator came in before and we discussed what I wanted done and asked professional opinion regarding granite, etc. Laborers showed up on time. A supervisor came towards end of job to check workmanship. They cleaned up everything and put all furniture back.

Two technicians arrived on time and did an excellent job.

We were extremely pleased! Workers were friendly, very professional and explained exactly what they were doing. They arrived at 8:30 a.m. on time and took a brief lunch break and completed the job at 3:30 P.M.

KC tile told me that they charge a minimum of $400, no matter what, to come to the house for tile repair. I needed 3 floor tiles repaired which were split from house settlement, and required a special repair. KC offered me the name of a handyman when I told them that the price was too high. Because this did need to be repaired by someone who had proper knowledge of fracture repair, I did not want a handyman. I got a floor specialist who did the job for $200, installing the anti fracture material it needed. I also hired him to install another floor for me. I would not call upon KC tile again just based on their tile repair quote minimum. And they missed out on further business by me as well because of it.

The men were cordial and proficient. All rusted tile was moved and replaced.

Showed up on time and went over the scope of work they were to do. Walked around to show me any damage that pre-existed their work. Did a great job cleaning the tile and sealing the grout to its original color. Repaired a few grout cracks and the floor looks like new. I wish we had had the grout sealed when we first put down the floor. 100% improvement in the floor. Supervisor came by during the work to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I'm glad we used these folks and will definitely use them in the future.

Chris and Alberto arrived on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. The team leader, Chris, went over the process in detail and they did exactly as promised. Phil, the estimator had come over a couple of days before, and he, too, was professional and personable. He arrived precisely on time to measure and go over the costs involved.

I attempted to contact them thru the Angie's List site... no response. I went to their actual website and chatted with someone who was basically a message taker. He assured me someone would call. Three days later...no phone call. That's not bad service, that's NO service. I'm very disappointed that I couldn't even have an initial conversation... I can only assume that they do not need the business.

Fantastic. The men came in and professionally explained what they were going to do. Went to work, did a great job, and left instructions for future cleaning.
