Kenny showed up on time for the estimate, provided references and explained the procedure. He also provided a written estimate. A couple of days later I received a follow up phone call. They were the only company out of 3 that I interviewed who followed up, and they got my business. They scheduled my job for a Saturday, which is extremely convenient, showed up on time and were done sooner than expected. They provided a huge bottle of cleaner and told us how to properly care for our marble. The workers were very professional and did a fantastic job. We are seriously considering calling them when we are ready to have the ceramic tile floors in the rest of our house cleaned and re-grouted.

Tech arrived on time, moved all furniture, cleaned with large machine, sealed each grout line and colored each line. Cool did all edges. Looks outstanding!

Considering the company is located in Lake Worth and we live in SW Broward County, it was easy to get on the schedule for a free estimate, and subsequently, to get the work done. The estimator arrived promptly and was professional and efficient. We made arrangements to have the work done a week before our big Thanksgiving dinner party. The workers (2 guys) arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They moved furniture as needed, solicited our choice for the grout sealer color, and provided us with a cleaning solution (and instructions) to use for regular maintenance. We were provided a 10yr guarantee. Our tile looks like new! We used a different company about 7 years and were not as pleased. We would definitely use and recommend KC Tile Restoration again. This is a professional company and they do a great job. The Angies List discount is a nice bonus.

Everyone from the person who answered the phone to Phil were great!!! Set up an appointment with Trish to have someone come out and give us an estimate. We have wide grout lines and a large dog. His nails have removed some of the grout in a large area of our living room. Those areas have become dirty and discolored. Phil came out (on time) and gave us his professional opinion. He said I see this all the time. We can re-grout the floor and color seal it for you, but, it's going happen again. As long as you have a dog it's going to continue to happen. (By the way, we had someone else give us an estimate a few months ago. They measured and came up with a figure, but never mentioned anything about it happening again.) We thanked Phil for his honesty. He suggested a couple of inexpensive things available at any local hardware store that we could do on our own to make the grout lines clean so they will blend in with the rest of the grout.

The floors looked like new after they were done and spills are very easy to clean since they put on the sealent and treatment. They were very good and professional.

2 men arrived on time, went over job with me, moved all furniture and rugs from rooms, repaired and replaced tiles. Moved furniture back, 2nd day sealed grout, cleaned tiles, after moving furniture. Replaced furniture with my direction. Supervisor came by to check on how they were doing. These men were well trained and supervised.
