Workers arrived on time, explained procedures, performed the service with excellence, returned all furniture to original placement; friendly & polite.

Staff came on time, explained what they were going to do. Used equipment to thoroughly clean floor tile. Restained grout lines for a uniform color. The techs were very polite and clean. Job was done beautifully it has been 2 months and I am very happy with the look.

Arrived on time and all work was done satisfactorily. Had to call them back shortly after they left as they didn't finish off some of holes. They immediately sent the workers back and completed the missed items.

This company takes scuzzy business practices to a new low. I was quoted a contract price for filling cracked grout, tile cleaning and grout staining. I had to wait three weeks for an appointment. When the workmen arrived, they said they couldn't do the job as quoted and I was told that I would have to pay three times the price. The workmen and the sales representative (whom I talked to on the phone) gave contradictory reasons for why the job could not be done as quoted. I canceled the job and the sales representative told me twice on the phone that the deposit would be refunded, but it was not. I was forced to file a complaint with VISA. The delay caused by KC Tile lost me a month's rent (the wait for the appt. and the time it took to get another contractor), stress and annoyance. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this company.

If the recommended cleaner is used, the waterproofing is guaranteed for 10 years. The men arrived on time, worked quickly, efficiently and the floors looked like new when they finished. It has been five months and they still look great despite many watery mishaps.

The service men were on time, very friendly, and completed the home in a timely manner.

They were prompt and professional. The tile/grout came out beautiful! A supervisor visited the site during the process and called after the workers left to make sure we were happy with the job. I would definitely use them again.

We had some problems with my marble that they were able to come up with a good solution to resolve. We were very satisfied with their work.

They misquoted the amount of time that it would take to do the work and they tried to rush the job and leave it half finished because they hadn't put in enough time in the schedule to get it done. They cleaned and repaired three grouts and tile. I had to argue with them to make sure they finished the job. They left it with sand, like grout all over the floor and they didn't polish it. They said that it wouldn't polish well, but it was because the grout wasn't dry and so when they kept polishing it, it kept removing the grout because it wasn't dry. It was awful. When I saw it and I had them come out, and the owner's like, yeah, they just didn't have time to dry, I'm like - I had to call the owner to get the owner to come out to the house because there's sand, like grout sand all over my floor. It's one of those things, right? But the workers didn't have any extra time in their schedule to come back that day, and so they were trying just to get it done and leave the house and never come back. Their price was competitive, they matched the price of the other guys. I had to call them back about five or six times. At the end of the day, I got a hold of them, but I had to put effort into it. The workers made me feel horrible and the owner just cussed at the sales guys for misscheduling it. I won't use that guy again.

KC Tile showed up on schedule and were very professional. Unfortunately, the services that I needed were not within the scope of their company. I definitely would use them in the future.

Crew was on time and professional. I should have taken more time to inspect each room as they finished an area. I felt rushed to inspect when they were done (I wanted to get out of there, too!), and probably would have caught certain little things here and there (like filler epoxy dropped in a couple of spots). Also, the sheen wasn't consistent across the whole area. Still way better than what it was.

They were accomodating given time of year, punctual and polite. They came when I was still in the shower and waited.

Very neat, clean, professional. Workers took 2 men approximately 6.5 hours. Floors look like new, shiny - they repaired grout and imperfections.

They came on time for the estimates it was fair. We scheduled the work date. The job was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the quality and the people who did the work.

At first when the workers arrived they said "I didn't know you had so many buckled tiles; that will cost more than the estimate". I was very unhappy about that. Then the owner of the company came over (and actually worked on master shower himself). They took care of everything under the original estimate and did a great job. I am very happy with the outcome.

Contacted KC Tile and described problem. Rep came out and explained procedure for repair and provided price. Installers came 2 days later. They arrived 30 mins early and then worked all day to start repair process. Came back 2 days later (again early) to complete tack. Everything was done as described. Very easy guys to work with. Looks great

Their crew was terrific. They were very timely. They did their work very professionally. They were very friendly. One section which we thought wasn't quite perfect, they went over again until we were satisfied. During the course of their work here, which took two days, their supervisor did stop by to check on the project. Their price was competitive after we indicated we were getting better prices from their competitors.

Everything else was fine but their price was a little high.
