Did incredible work. Very impressive.

Arrived right on the minute. Very competent and pleasant group of young men. Moved the furn iture and the rugs out of the treated areas. Brought in the varied machinery for cleaning and drying the tile areas. Performed their magic and moved it all back uneventfully. Brian, David and one other young man were very professional. Their supervisor dropped in and reviewed their work, talked with us and answered all of our questions. They are very customer oriented and the apt tile floors. looks like it did 15 years ago when we bought it new. We would not hesitate to recommend their service. Nice job, guys.

I contacted the company and requested an estimate for cleaning and sealing the marble in 2 of my bathrooms. I received a call back in a timely manner and set up an appointment for the estimate. I met with Scott, who showed up exactly on time and provided a very thorough assessment of the work that needed to be done. I asked him to add the terrazzo floors in my den into the estimate. He was professional and very knowledgeable about this type of project. We discussed a rough estimate of the cost, and a formal estimate was emailed to me that same day with the details we discussed. I had received other estimates for this work, but I found this company to be much more accessible, upfront, and responsive than the others. We scheduled the date for the work to be completed and, as promised, the day before I received a call to confirm and the window of time the workers would show up. Two individuals came right on time the next day; we reviewed the work to be done and they got started. They were finished within 4 hours. The quality of the work was good, but I did notice later that they had not cleaned any of the splatters from the washing/buffing that splashed up on the glass shower enclosures. I was in the middle of a conference call for work, so did not notice right away or I would have said something. Other than that I am very happy with the work and the overall responsiveness of this company. The owner called me as soon as the workers left to ask about the job and if I had any questions or concerns. That really shows how professional this company is. I would definitely use KC Tile again.

The workers were punctual and very professional. I'm pleased with the result. I had one bathroom door that wouldn't close and they sent someone over and took a picture of it and said someone would repair it.

Two technicians arrived a little later than scheduled, went over the entire work order with me before work began. Worked steady until completed 2:30 - 4:45. Went above and beyond expectations. Tile & grout look fantastic.

They arrived on time with 4 men. They removed all the furniture and carpets into the garage or patio. Arrived at 8:30 AM and were finished with everything back in it's place by 1 PM, 1569 square feet. Beautiful job!

We met with Phil Arlotta for the estimate. He was on time, professional and courteous. We needed the job done ASAP due to time constraints and he was able to get us scheduled in two days for the repair. David and Oscar arrived about 1/2 hour early, paperwork was signed and the job was started. It took one hour and afterwards, one couldn't even see where the grout was drilled. All the tiles were filled, no more hollow tones. The floor was mopped with clear water. No fuss, no mess, left the floor even cleaner than it started. The best part is the 10 year guarantee. I give KC Tile Restoration an A+. Every aspect of the job, from start to finish, was flawless. I used them after a friend recommended them, as well as Angie's list recommendation. The 10% discount from Angie's list was also included in the estimate. JOB WELL DONE. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY .

I was going to replace the floor (tile) but thought I would give this a try first. Glad I did! Floor looks like new. The technicians (both named Steven) were professional & courteous.

Sales person was helpful on first visit but then after price was given for job he called back after he left (with my 100.00 deposit) and said that he miss quoted a portion of the work and that it would be more than what he said. He also said he was one of the owners and when I talked to the actual owner later when things started going bad it turns out he was just a employee. The grout replacement guy that showed up was very nice and did a good job with prep and set up. Unfortunately when the job appeared to have a problem due to some water damage he packed up and said nothing more could be done and left with many removed and broken tiles for me to deal with and a shower rendered unusable. The sales guy called me back and then referred another person in the company to quote replacing my entire shower for 3500.00! Needless to say i did not go any further with this company and they never followed up to see how they could finish the work anyway. I have since had all the work done with another company that actually knows what they are doing and is not a group of subcontractors working for a call center under the same name. very unfortunate experience and if the sales person that came out the first time was any good at all I think this mess could have been avoided. I don't like writing poor reviews...
