David and Jessie showed up right on time, did a very professional job and I was very impressed with the work. I highly recommend this company for any tile work!!!

Very nice work. A two man crew from KC Tile first moved the furniture then scrubbed the floor (approximately 900 - 1000 sq. ft.). After the floor was cleaned and dry, they applied a grout seal in a color that was nearly identical to the tile, touching up a few nicked spots in individual tiles, then caulked along the base of the floorboards. We have light, blond colored tile, seen in homes throughout south Florida. After 14 years, the grout was very dark, and made the floor look dirty all the time. Now, the floor looks open and bright, like new. The work is guaranteed for 10 years. I recommend paying the additional charge of about $125 for the caulking. It gives everything a clean, finished look. Well worth it. The entire process took only 5 - 6 hours. Our home looked great for Christmas!

It was a good result. The price was a little more than usual since our tile has an unusal pattern so it was more labor intensive. Scheduling an appointment was good. My only negative comment is a year later, the grout seems to be showing up a little dirty so I need to call them back.

They are incredible! They are punctual and they clean up beautifully, which is a big deal. They moved all of my furniture and was very careful about it and they are going to put it all back! They work very hard!

I was told they would arrive at 8:30 and they arrived at 8:20 and introduced themselves. I signed some paperwork and was told everything they were going to do including moving the furniture. They began work and they were neat and respectful of my furniture and moved everything back the exact way it was. The floors look better than they did when they were new!!

Company representatives were very responsive. Called back promptly, showed up on time for appointment, easily accessible. They were accommodating on the scheduling and did the job (about 900 sq. ft) in two days so we could move furniture from one room to the other. Not an easy job of color sealing the grout lines because they were rough edge grout lines and not simple straight lines but they did a fantastic job. Polished and sealed travertine. Floor looks phenomenal -- better than the day it was installed. Very happy. KC was not the lowest estimate we received but they did fantastic work so I have no problems with the price. Its like everything else in life -- pay a little bit more and get outstanding quality. Its worth it.

Great job, Even Tile and balanced. I have bad tile jobs before where the tiles are uneven. Worked quickly an efficiently. Didn't leave a mess and workers were very polite.

Phil Arlotta came to my home on 6/4 to give me an estimate to clean my tile and grout. He was very professional and I agreed to the service and it was set up for 6/16/14. On 6/16 Jose and his team arrived on time and started the job. They moved all my furniture into the garage and then started the cleaning . I did not realize how dirty my tile and grout were and am sorry that I did not take before and after pictures, as the difference is astounding. My floors look brank new and I no longer want a new floor. They replaced three cracked tiles and also cleaned my master bath floor tile and grout and re-caulked my master bath shower. They moved all my furniture back in place and left my hose spotless. I am very pleased with this company. I received a follow up phone call that day and a follow up letter. they are the BEST.

I didn't go through with the job as the price was much higher than another estimate that I had done. I also didn't get a full refund on the deposit I paid.

Two men arrived on time, removed furniture to patio and worked with no breaks for approximately seven hours. They replaced everything exactly where the pieces belonged and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

Jose & Elman were on time with all needed tools and supplies, created very little dust and cleaned up 100%. I would "highly" recommend KC Tile Restoration for their specialty.
