Kevin and Gabriel worked efficiently. Moved what needed to be moved. Cleaned what needed to be cleaned. Unfortunately, no long term solution for my floors where I could avoid heavy cleaning on an annual basis. Fernando, the supervisor, came for a few minutes and was a little brusk with me in my home. However, Kevin and Gabriel were very professional and worked hard for 5-6 hours straight.

The staff was punctual and very pleasant. Initially they explained the process of staining and cleaning the tile in a clear and detailed manner, and showed me several options of stain color in which to choose from. They worked very diligently. Several times they inquired if I was satisfied with their job. I am absolutely delighted with the way that the tile in my three bathrooms look. They did an excellent job!

Very professional from beginning to end. Tile was cleaned and sealed. It looks absolutely beautiful - and enhances the look of the tile.

From the estimate process to the letter I received in the mail thanking me for my business I would say this company earns your respect and future business.. very clean, timely and above all HONEST.. something that can be missing in South Florida.

Scott came over to provide a quote which was below other quotes I got. He was on time and very professional - no pressure. He basically told me that if I found a better deal, to go with it. He asked for a $100 deposit via phone and we set the date for service. The day before service, I received a heads-up call from the office to tell me what time to expect the servicemen. The day of service arrived and the guys were on time and very, very polite. After I told them what needed to be done, Jimmy and Francisco showed me 4 different grout colors and helped me pick the best one that would be least likely to show. While I was choosing, they looked at my furniture and woodwork and identified any scratches they saw. I acknowledged the scratches they found. After I decided, they got right to work moving the furniture. They swept the floor and then cleaned and polished the white ceramic tile. The tile grout sealer blended perfectly with the tile and you can hardly see where the grout lines are. The furniture was replaced and they asked me to complete a short satisfaction survey before they left. They told me about the 10 year warranty for the grout sealer. They also gave me a small jar of sealer and a gallon of grout cleaner. The whole job was done in about 3 hours. I was very happy with the job they did and would use them again (in another 10 years!) I would highly recommend KC Tile.

Excellent, would highly recommend them. Very professional people, workers were very efficient and put all furniture back in place. Left the house just as they found it but with much cleaner floors!

Scott Josephson was the Sales-person, excellent, could have sold me a snow-shovel for the Florida winters. The restoration crew showed up in a fairly new and clean work truck, too bad it was not American made. Work crew was polite, on-time, knowledgeable, and explained everything that they were going to do. Using their injection process, they restored our hollow tiles back to an acceptable condition. On the second work day, the crew scrubbed the entire floor and then color sealed all grout lines. The crew moved all furniture, except our upright piano. All in all, the project went as expected and we are satisfied. I gave an A rating in all areas except for pricing, for a sixteen man-hour project, I thought $1,295 was high.

They were very professional, followed through on everything they said they were going to do. They were very responsive every time I called to ask a question during the job while it was going on. The job was done exactly as they had purposed. The job was done very well and done on time and in the time frame they told me. They did a terrific job.

Can't say enough good things about KC Tile Restoration. I was told by others that I needed to tear up then reset the floors where I had hollow tiles but the injection process that KC used fixed the problem with 100% result. Crews are very professional and explain everything they are doing in detail.

Kevin and Gabrielle worked hard for approximately six hours. My twenty year old tile looks new! Not sure of price because I have a Contractor who dealt with the job.

Save your time and move on to the next contractor. The estimator (Rob) was knowledgeable and well-informed. The work that was actually performed was substandard and sloppy. They sent the crew back the same day to work on it and the result was still not acceptable. They made a date with my wife, the owner of the company, and the same crew to come out and fix any remaining problems. They did not show. My wife called and made another date and the owner of the company promised that they would do whatever necessary to make us happy. The owner (Kenny) showed up the second time with the crew and they did perform the necessary corrections but we were greatly inconvenienced. What should have been done in one trip, took three trips and a no-show. 3-21-2015 Update: We had 8 tiles that were scratched 2 months ago when some workmen moved my built-in refrigerator. The guys at KC Tile said the scratches could not be buffed out, they could chisel them deeper and fill them or I should replace the 4 out of 8 scratched tiles that could be replaced, the other 4 were partially under the kitchen island. I just got thru paying Xtreme Cleaning and Restoration Services, Jeff Smith out of Ft. Lauderdale, who buffed out the scratches in all 8 tiles and made them look new. I guess with some skill and elbow grease it could be done.

4 workers showed up promptly in the morning and were done by 4 pm. Excellent quality , looks like new floors were installed .

The project was done very professionally from start to finish, The estimator arrived on time and informed us of cost and what to expect on the day of service. He also made us aware of our responsibility. The crew arrived on time. They moved furniture, removed rugs and then cleaned as specified. They returned all furniture to its proper place and replaced rugs. They were neat, pleasant and efficient.

My tile has variable colors and the edges are rough. The existing grout was very dark and I hated it. They spent 6 hours here and cleaned (did not even realize it was that dirty since I steam it every week) They bring in heavy equipment to clean and now the color of the tile is an exact match to the grout because they sealed with a stainer that matches exactly. I am 100% satisfied. Prior to their work, it looked like a checkerboard due to the dark grout. The young men were very professional and worked very hard. After they were completed, the foreman came to inspect and be sure I was totally satisfied. This area represented approx. 1200 ft and it is now beautiful. I would highly recommend them! They also move all furniture and area rugs to clean every bit of tile. So happy they were recommended to me.

Following is a letter I sent to the owner. He did call and ask if he could compensate me for the water. I chose to just not have anything to do with it. You will have a survey at the end of the job. The workers will be standing right next to you when it's filled out. Make sure everything is spelled out. The crew I had, who supposed were the best, just didn't seem to want to work. Dear Mr. Colson Thank you for your letter. Am I happy with the work done? Not really. It?s ok but not what I expected. I?ve had tile cleaned before and it sparkled. This does not, in fact looks barely cleaned. When I came out at one point your guy was playing Farmville on his phone. I kept hearing beeping and thought he was getting phone calls but no. Maybe if he was paying attention to his job it would be better. He did the minimum nothing great. There seems to have been a communication breakdown between the sales person and your workers. But then your workers seemed to have a lot of excuses for why they couldn?t do things, such as replace cracked tiles. So am I happy with that? No. I feel like I wasted my money. Yes they did the two in the bathroom and ended up doing three because another broke while doing that. The others are still not repaired. My shower is a major disappointment. In fact you shouldn?t have been paid for it. He only put a bead of caulk around the bottom. He said he did an acid wash but it didn?t look any different and I didn?t smell anything so??I?ll have to have someone else do it I suppose. Their behavior was unprofessional actually kind of ?silly?. I believe they used the water outside and left it running and the gate open. I have two dogs. I had a flood on the side and I?m not happy. I can hardly wait to see the water bill. Hey, maybe you could take it out of their paycheck. If I had known they were going to use the water I would have gone sooner and checked it after they left. But since they didn?t ask I didn?t realize they did that. This may sound petty but there was a lollipop on the counter and now it?s gone. If they asked I would have probably given to him but now I wonder what else is gone that I haven?t noticed yet. Just because something is on the counter doesn?t make it fair game. Would I use you again. No. Would I recommend you. No. I filled out your forms to get them out of my house. I sent you a message through your web page but didn?t see any place to send an email.

Extremely neat, professional and quick. Showed us 5 samples of color on actual grout to make sure we picked best color and then showed again when a small section was done. Furniture moved, areas protected and everything put back in its place with no damage. Floors look beautiful. Price was reasonable given how well they look.

Three gentlemen arrived around 8:30am. They were all very polite. The team lead checked for any damaged furniture and kitchen cabinets prior to working in the areas. They buffed an area to show the difference between a low sheen and a medium sheen. I chose the medium sheen. They cleaned, polished, honed and sealed the travertine floors. They also filled in small holes. In addition they cleaned and sealed he shower/bath tiles in 2 bathrooms. They moved any furniture that needed to be moved. In the afternoon a supervisor came by to check on the work. Work was completed at around 2:30 pm.

Appointment was great Rob was on time and professional. While what I thought could be fixed with a repair, turn out to be more like a new install job, and recommend the way I pursue getting the tile and shower fixed.
