Description of Work: KC Tile responded to my inquiry immediately, and we made an appointment for an estimator to come out and look at our floors. It was a new stone floor, that had been installed and sealed by the original contractor, however they'd sealed over uneven surfaces on the stone, as well as the mastik from the contractor tape. The price seemed reasonable, and the estimator was very friendly and profressional. We set up an appointment for the two days following Thanksgiving. The workmen arrived at the appointed hour, introduced themselves and got to work immediately, preparing the job site by covering and protecting all the cabinets, baseboards and appliances. A job that the estimator said may take two days, took just one. I was pleased with the results, and would recommend KC Tile to my friends.

Description of Work: My tile floor was polished, cleaned and the grout was clean, sealed and stained/colored. I thought my tile was GREY when I bought it in 2009. After KC Tile restored it... it is a beautiful beige!!! Great work, awesome job and amazing results --- lifetime customer.

Description of Work: The workers barely spoke english and did not do a good job at all. They did a quick polish and slapped putty in some holes where the tack strips had been . The putty dried and popped right out within a month. So I've had holes in the floor since. Also, it wasn't even buffed so there was not much shine. The chemical they used was splattered all over the walls. They told me not to paint the baseboards so I didn't, but they didn't even buff near the baseboards. We got a floor polisher and did it ourselves and it came out better, but shouldn't of had to since we spent 1000 on it. I'd recommend just doing it yourself instead of using this company.

We could not be more pleased about their promptness, professionalism, courtesy, and the quality of the work was smashing.
