Daniel answered my call right away. After explaining the situation he advised that Jordan (his business partner) would be out in 30-45 minutes. You can track where the tech is so you'll have a idea when they'll arrive. Jordan listened to what the issue was and after some trouble shooting found the issue. He explained what needed to be done and the cost. He got right to work. He made sure the problem had been fixed before he left. Jordan and Daniel are very customer service oriented. I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Came out at Midnight for sewer clog. Resolved blockage, cleaned up and very reasonable. Good communications all the way. If you need a plumber- call JD Express.

Jordan was great. He helped us what damage the handy man did to our shower spout and is working on the handle part on order due to handy man inserting backward. He installed our vanity and did the plumbing on the sink. Great work. Would hire again.
