JD Express replaced both of my shower heads to full shower panels with multiple nozzles. They were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. When calling I always got an owner or the plumber that was coming to do the install.

He never followed up on the shower repair. Kept saying he was one of the honest plumbers and would take cartridge to plumbing store to determine brand. I called him twice-the third time he never answered. Now I am calling other plumbers to get the job done. He did the quick fix and put a new wax ring around toilet for $165 but never fixed the main problem of only cold water in the shower.

Work was excellent. I appreciated that they made a quote based on my description and a picture. (The picture showed environment but required savvy understanding of the space and what might be behind cabinet wall.) They said there was uncertainty, and if certain conditions played out the amount would need to be higher, but it seemed fair and competitive. Experienced with how bureacracy/paperwork can hold things up, they advocated for speaking directly with condo/homeowners management about their licensing/insurance coverage. I let them confirm this plus details about water shutoff for my building. When they finished the work there was some question about the uncertainty factor, but they stuck with my understanding of the issue and their initially quoted offer. JD Express Plumbing was professional, organized, thorough, and communicative. I would consult them again for other work.

great service and I loved the constant updates of their arrival time and the ability to track them as they drove here. They took great care with my home and made the repair quickly and efficiently at a very fair price.

4th time using them but this was def. the largest project. Tub/shower (50 yrs. old) faucet replacement full update. They replaced and upgraded the shower valve, trim plate, handle, tub spout. The before and after contrast was instant, significantly better and vibrant. Boosted and modernized the entire bathroom. It's very small and cumbersome w/ old pipes etc...yet they conquered it w/ laser precision. As usual...very reasonable, great communication, professional, clean, punctual. Actually, ended up doing this a day earlier than expected....even better! They were even willing to come back w/in a day or 2 to swap the shower head I green lit them to install (was an error on my part) w/out an additional fee as a courtesy. I ended up doing it myself but that kind of overall quality service is tedious to find in SE FL. Recommend!

Over charged

I am relatively new to south Florida and my experience thus far has been very jaded by contractors/pros either NOT showing up, showing up late, partly completing a job, or showing up and changing their pricing. So, it was totally surprising and refreshing to have someone show up, on time, be professional, educate me on their process, and give me straightforward pricing. In addition, Jordan actually went with me to return a toilet that was incorrectly delivered to ensure I got the correct toilet AND he actually negotiated a discount on my behalf!!!! I've NEVER had that type of service in my life!!! I can't imagine why anyone would hire anyone else but this business to do their plumbing work. Thanks to Jordan and the behind the scenes man Dan!!

Used JD express plumbing first time today. Excellent service from start to finish. Uses top quality supplies and very reasonable pricing, even threw in a free item. Have used other plumbers, some egregiously overcharged. This business is bar none, the best found, and not easy to find anymore in S. FL. Will be hiring for all future plumbing needs.
