+ -1 moreHeffernan had been treating the roof before I moved in. The roof was about 15 years old back then and looked brand new. It was in stark contrast to some of my neighbors whose shingles were dirty and streaked with black mold. 2 weeks before Wilma made new roofs a necessity for almost everyone, I got a new roof. The roofers commented that the shinges were very flexible and strong? not dried and brittle like other 20 year old roofs. Whatever Heffernan sprays on seems to work. I got the cleanest roof on the block. When Heffernan came for the Fall service, he saw the new roof and told me that I didn't need the service for at least another year when mold will start accumulating. Now that's integrity.
Description of Work: Goes on the roof and sprays shingles. Also alerts for any problems he may have noticed.

+ -1 moreHad Heffernan come by to do a roof cleaning and we had to call them back after it was completed since they missed several areas and there were other issues I cannot recollect. At that time I decided I was not going to use them again. The date may be off though I know we used them.
