+ 0 moreIt was completely a hit! The purse was sooooo beautiful it looked good as new. He even offered to change the lighter color too but I passed at the time to not push my luck :) He was confident and knew exactly what he was doing and it shows. Don't let the mixed business platform fool you...this guy is a Leather Miracle Worker!
Description of Work: There was a stain on a designer purse that NO other cleaner or shoe repair would touch due to the price of the bag and the outcome of the process. They offered to darken the leather a shade.

+ 0 moreJosh is a remarkable shoe specialist! He is friendly, honest and caring. He also offers so many other services, such as alterations, bag repairs, embroidery, etc., etc. His list of services goes on and on! I have very bad feet and have trouble finding new shoes. He rebuilds all my old shoes and make them brand new at a price less than I originally paid for them. There are other shoe makers in this area, but none can compare to HOH and offer so many other services as well. Josh runs a great store and you will not be disappointed --- you will be astonished

+ -1 moreWhen I got home and saw the dresses, I was horrified with that I saw. They were supposed to blind stitch, but they machine stitched both of the dresses. They were supposed to shorten, take off a portion of the knit, and blind stich. Instead of steaming the hem, they took a hot iron and pressed it down. The other knit has lumps where the hem is because they didn’t take the band off the bottom. I went back to demand a refund, but they refused.
Description of Work: I took two brand new dresses here to be altered.
